Spotlight Joondalup reviews
66My wife went in to Spotlight this morning and she said the lady Rebecca who served her was so helpful and very pleasant.
I made an online order that I needed to cancel. I rang the Joondalup Store multiple times over 5 days, and not once was the phone answered. Will not be purchasing from the Joondalup Store again.
I’m holding the line for half of an hour to find out about my curtain order.
Do not fall for this made to measurement blinds and curtains.
I will complain to consumer protection authority.
A very irresponsible staff are working in Joondalup spotlight.
I had just recently gone to spotlight in Joondalup for the first time and the 3 people on checkout were clueless. A long line of customers waiting to checkout and none of them were doing anything. I was waiting to be served and the boy that was serving attended to someone else first when he made eye contact with me and knew I had already been waiting for around 5 minutes behind the women he was serving in front of me, so I had to continue to wait for another 10 before anyone decided to start serving other customers.
Although it may be busier in Kmart, it's worth going to. You'll receive better customer service there than this place.
Not many super king bed doona covers only very expensive otherwise love this place all your arts and crafts need great range of fabrics
You can find just about anything relating to fabrics and crafts. My go to store besides Bunnings.
Very well priced and a vast array of goods.a one stop shop for home decorating and anything craft!
I had never been to spotlight before, I'm now going to be a regular I'm sure!
Great sale going on wife has saved heaps at the half price sale. But as someone once wisely said if there's room for a discount the price was too high in the beginning. Pretty true hey. 30% sale and the thing my wife got was the same price last week as when sale on. She told staff and they had no comment. Cute hey
A bit on the crowded side, but I got everything I was after. Plus there was a 40% off sale so that might explain things.
Not helpful at all, attendant just watch as we went through swatches instead of showing us relative swatches as requested. Poor service.
It was an ok experience, tried to get some help with fabric suggestions- but unfortunately the staff seemed to be too busy sticking shelves and had the expectation that all females that walk into the store know what they are looking for re; fabric. Would have been a much better experience if staff were more willing to actually offer assistance.
Always love a trip to Spotlight, such a variety of fabric. Would love more time to make all tue ideas I have after a trip to Spotlight.
Warning… if you buy anything from spotlight online don’t expect any customer care services… I have been trying all week by telephone and email to contact them with no response… I have been trying to track down an order with no luck… the courier service the use Hunter Express is just as bad… no one takes your call…. This service from spotlight is shockingly bad…
Didn't find what I wanted today but love looking around and loving the Christmas stuff out now.
You can get some good deals but finding staff in the fabric section is like looking for a unicorn and half the products don't have price tags on them.
I purchased the incorrect roller blind at 3.30pm today. At innaloo. Close to work. Very pleasant experience. My receipt vanished from this point.
Joondalup is closer to home. Explained my issue to the rather stern junior cashier. I asked if it was ok to get the correct one. Yes she said! I ran down and got the next size.
By now the sold furnishing manager Joanne had decided this wasn’t happening. I had to re purchase and take back to innaloo. I had evidence on my phone what I paid. I have membership she could have checked. But no! Very rude customer service. I’m a manager at a store in Osborne Park that holds a fabulous record of outstanding service. This woman needs training. Very poor effort. This is both unprofessional and unreasonable customer service.
In saying all that. I highly recommend Innaloo.
They are outstanding.
A lot of their stock is overpriced and the shortage of staff is a big problem. Even phonecalls to this store take ages to be answered. However, there are some lovely, very helpful and friendly staff members there, including Julie, Alex, Annabelle & Maranatha.
Used to be great, but now there's barely any stock on the shelves, signage makes it hard to find anything and you can't find prices for half of it. Trying to find anyone to help is a task in itself. Such a pity.
Variety of craft items are great, the staff are helpful when you get find one and checkouts can get quite busy but staff are efficient.
Would be amazing if they ever had any products. They always run out and don't restock. This has been happening for years so nothing to do with Covid.
