Worst staff I've ever seen, they have absolute no knowledge of anything they sell in store.can you's not do some training? Even just a little?
Rude and hard to get any help at all!

NO STARS! Went into this terrible store and spent over a 1000 dollars. John “the manager” who looked like a security guard that hadn’t washed his clothes in a week. Although he told me he had a iPhone charger could not let me plug it in to pay for the rest of my stuff, he told me it was against store policy and it was in his contract haha. After he was very rude to me I left and he headed to put my stuff back on the shelf.

Got some great room darkening curtains for my son.also noise reducing.no glare on screen.getting ready for summer.happy son.

I don’t usually do these reviews however It’d be remiss of me not to leave a brilliant review about the customer service I received when I went shopping at spotlight on Sat the 22nd of October. I was in need of a new sewing machine for my grandma and I have no knowledge of sewing machines as the younger generation is moving away from them, but an employee who started with L I think her name was Libby or Lauren or Lara, helped me find the perfect sewing machine and what I needed with it. I leave this now as I must say that my grandma loves it and is forever thankful for you. Thanks:) 5 stars

I can not wheel my wife around this store. No room to move or safely get around the store. Shame that only able body people have privileged of shopping here.

Worst and rudest staff I've ever dealt with I will never buy a thing from spotlight again. You turned a nice day into something painful. I didn't think a few plastic tubs and a few arts and crafts projects could cause so many headaches. You guys are absolutely disgraceful. The manager needs a replacement I can't say enough bad things about her. She is not fit for management. I'd take my complaints higher but honestly I don't think it would make a difference or is worth my time I'd rather see your company go broke, treating people the way you do. I'll take my money somewhere else next time.

Absolutely frustrated and upset after my recent shopping experience at Spotlight Butler. The cashier at the checkout charged me full prices for items that were on sale. When i asked her to please check the prices, she's got grumpy with me as if i was asking her for a personal favour. Instead of apologising about over charging, she started questioning if the items are really what I say they are, as if i am trying to steal something! Absolutely upsetting! The girl clearly needs to learn a lot about customer services! She desperately needs training.

It's a much smaller store than some others, but still a great selection. The staff are generally helpful. I don't like that they cut fabric to the dot. Most other fabric stores will at least give a couple cms for error. I factor in excess normally anyway, but it is annoying to pay for a length and the cut isn't straight. So I'm paying the excess for them not my project.

I had ordered some curtain rods from Kapa in soft furnishings last week. He called today to say that they had arrived. I went to the store to pick up soon after. What is so special about this ordinary story is the compassion and understanding I was shown by Kapa. I cannot speak but only whisper as I have a severe voice disorder. Having to wear a mask and communicate is almost impossible. But Kapa was so amazing throughout the process, even remembering who I was as I walked to the counter, collecting my order and processing my payment without the need for me to even try to whisper through a mask. I felt supported, acknowledged and understood. He is an exceptional young man.

Shop was well set out and when I went to purchase a pattern and material the young lady serving me was very helpful.

I came in last week to look at furnishing fabric and kamma (probably spelt wrong) was so help full. I came back today to buy the fabric and a few other things and again he was so very very helpful. He is a lovely man and a great asset to your store

New store co located inside a building. Had all the usual. Only thing was, I forgot i had a birthday credit. Shouldnt the sales lady of seen that when she put my ph number in as member?

Disappointing.for a company that promotes FRESH WA produce.wow not so fresh and the meat is super low quality.

Excellent service and so nice to be greeted with friendly and smiling staff. Perhaps Joondalup store could learn how customers like to be treated.

Over priced and the amount of rubbish in the car park and there pick up area is disgusting!
Not good! How about the store owners adhere to there environmental policys?

This place is awesome. Its such a pleasure to shop in, its not as chaotic as Joondalup, and a lot cleaner. The staff are friendly and helpful too. Find all your arts, craft, Manchester and plenty of other things here.
