Spotlight Busselton reviews
31Could find what I was looking for. That's ok though, usually pretty good. I did visit after Christmas so low stock expected.
Behind the fabric section, Lee, absolute, legend. She must’ve done her Pythagoras, she knows them numbers! You’re a star. 5 stars for Lee, and also Shelly. *thumbs up x5*
Love this place. Seriously great prices and good quality merchandise. Friendly staff as well
Again a disappointment. Not even service person on the floor. This happens too often. Will go to Bunbury next time.
Ash was amazing at serving us today! She really should be an example of what the customer service should be!
Thank you!
Got what I needed easily, but some of the aisles were a little tricky to navigate with a pram due to lots of stock
What's there not to love about Spotlight Busselton, This place has friendly staff and great bargains. Great location.
Always a fun place to explore, I have to give myself a budget otherwise I'd have to buy a bigger car.great staff, very helpful
Popped in to check out the yarn section as Perth stores have been empty for months. Got a few sale items and enjoyed browsing. Neat store. Friendly staff at the checkout.
Shopping in spotlight Busselton at 35 weeks pregnant and being refused to use the toilet. Was told twice to run to the Bunnings one, I’m 35 weeks pregnant!
I try to avoid the spotlight, fame and the paparazzi, but on this occasion i couldn't avoid walking past the red carpet
Lots of things in this shop.mostly homewares, craft supplies, seeing needs.all very well presented.
I had a person come to do a measure and quote for home home. I asked specifically for blockout blinds for my bedroom as I work nightshift therefore require them to actually block out the light.
I am very dissatisfied with my blinds. They are not blocking out the light and the sole reason for me having a consultant come to advise was because this is not my area of expertise.
Additionally she did not quote the length of the curtains in the 2nd - 4th bedroom. The photos she showed me were of curtains dropping to floor level (not the level of the bottom part of the window). If asked, I definitely would not have agreed to the drops in length being short. My opinion and personal preference is that if they don’t drop to the floor they look ridiculous, if we had discussed this. I do not believe I would have wanted them short. I signed the made to measure quote which did not quote the length of the curtains. I trusted that she being a consultant would have made a note of the length.
I discussed this with her after the installations and states she positive we talked about the length and that I asked for them to be up higher “so that when my children were on the floor playing with toys they wouldn’t damage them”. Rubbish - my children are older teenagers. They do not play on the floor.
Quite good. You have to be careful re specials as sometimes it only applies to a specific size and that could catch some people out. Would always like to see more flannelette sheets.
Walked in at 6.45 on a Thursday evening to exchange some items, aware that we had only 15 minutes before closing time to find what we needed - we knew what we were after. At the entrance, an older brunette staff member looked at us, rolled her eyes and loudly sighed and said “oh of course…”, turned her back and walked away before we could even say hello or be greeted. Made us feel very unwelcome and that we were wasting her time - she’d rather be at home. This lady needs to brush up on her customer service skills.
Luckily we were acknowledged by a lovely young staff member behind the counter who was helpful and gave us a refund as they didn’t have the product we needed. Thanks to this young lady who helped us!
Great variety of products here, would be going bad NOT to find what you are looking for Such great friendly staff and great service
They didn't have what I was looking for, the last two trips there. Hence, the lower rating.
I had the most helpful lady today (sorry didn’t get your name), I was asking about colors of cotton blankets
She did her utmost to help
Thank you
A massive store that has anything and everything you could possibly want or need!
Very helpful, friendly staff.
Good prices, and a very clean shop.
Keep up the amazing work, and I look forward to more purchases off you in the near future. ️
It helps to be a little confused sometimes. The staff in Busselton Spotlight are brilliant. Cheers
