Spotlight Bunbury supposed said lady named Rosie was beligerant rude condescending angst hostile uncouth and callous. I will definitely not be shopping at this store again.
Customer service non existent.

Called prior to have something put aside for me, the poor girl seemed a little lost and didn't know where my things had been placed. We did end up finding them and she was very lovely throughout the process. Absolutely love this store, a real personal favorite

I brought a Koo 1000 thread count sheet set yesterday. The quality is terrible. Very disappointed in them.

Called in today and left with two electric blankets after being helped by the store manager Rosemarie who couldn’t have been more informative or helpful, including carrying my purchases out to my car. That is service rarely found today. So thank you so very much Rosemarie.

Took the opportunity of Spotlight (Bunbury) latest 1 day only, 40% storewide sale, and saved big $$. Staff are always very helpful.

Farcical "Clayton's" service! Ordered a made to measure thermal blind (for a 4 figure sum!) in mid May. I ordered it because I desperately needed insulation on a large expanse of glass during winter.
It was measured & quoted in early May & I was required to pay a 20% deposit within 48 hours to secure the order. I then had to wait another 5 weeks for a staff member to return to do the "final measure". Whilst on site he advised the blind would be made in Melbourne and he would return to fit it in a couple of weeks. I was informed that in order for the order to be processed I must pay the outstanding balance in full at this time.
I did so and after several more weeks went by with no delivery or contact from anyone at Spotlight I followed up to find out what had happened to my order.
Only at this stage did anyone tell the truth & admit that the earliest I could expect to receive the blind was in early September. So much for spending a thousand dollars + for non existent thermal insulation during winter!
I've seen jumble stalls at fetes better organized than this shambles of a shop. As for customer service - I doubt if they can spell it let alone deliver it! Take your business elsewhere. This outfit don't deserve your patronage.

Got everything I needed but found I was walking around lots not being able to find what I was looking for. No one around to help

How do you rate a chain store? Each spotlight I’ve been in had the same stuff. I know…it was clean, I found what I wanted. The end.

Very upset.tried to SWAP some yarn as the colours I had were not suitable. I didnt have the receipt but I showed the manager my after pay account with Spotlight on the page showing my purchases and he still didn't want to help me.extremely disgusted with Spotlight and I won't be back for quite a long time

Excellent value for money on our linen today. Saved $335.00 or so docket says. Stocking caravan. We couldn't go wrong.

I've often struggled with the customer service when coming in here.but the last few times I've found staff very helpful in helping me with my purchases.great job

Was a really great place to visit with your wife. She went shopping and I sat in the car surfing on my phone.

Brilliant. Being a fabric collector it is always a place high on my list. Walking in there is like walking into my craft room. The smell of the fresh material on display is intoxicating. Oh and such fun stuff to look at and ponder over. Saw a beautifully made open rose candle holder made of metal. Lots of wonderful ideas for sprucing the house up too. The staff are also quite knowledgeable about their sections too. Even had a brillant joke with one of them. Have a meander through. Enjoy yourself.

Crowed aisles as always and pushing everyone through the checkout to exit the store is a really bad idea. Needs a lot of work in this store

I went in with a video of a craft my Husband & I want to do & a staff member helped me find what I needed & I was out of the store quickly which made me happy.

Yarn, glitter, ribbon, dinner sets, cushions, so much fabric. I can't sew, but it makes me wish I could!

First thing.get a rewards card. Can save a lot with it. Good hint I think, don't go looking for book week costumes, unless your girl wants to go as Elsa haha. Great range for crafty people and for fabric, upholstery, blinds and curtains.
