Fantastic fish & chips, so fresh & top quality. Great size servings. Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for.

Good food but the menu prices published online are way out of date. $20 added on our order on pick up.

$5 of chips is way below what a reasonable amount of chips is. The quality of the chips was pretty substandard tbh. Sorry can’t recommend

Fish cakes were nice; however the chargrilled vege salad was awful. They added potato chips in the salad. Possibly left overs from the fish and chips. Eeek

What ever happened to this place? Used to be so friendly and nice. Now they look grumpy and miserable that is not how you serve customers. Sure I am no expert but it goes a long way when you look interested, motivated and radiant or smile

This place use to be great back in the day when Vesna was there. Since Vesna has left every time I've been staff are so un-friendly & unwelcoming.

Considering the price of the fresh seafood they sell and the service we will not be going back.

I called up and tried to order $5 worth of chips. Was told on the phone I could order $2 worth of chips at a time and that I should order $4 for 2 ppl. When I get there I was then told there is a minimum eftpost spend and I should have ordered $5 after being told I couldn't earlier. Kinda rude

I use to like buying the curried snapper but several times it was so old it was literally fizzing and only good for the bin. So then I tried to buy it only when it was fresh. This last time I asked how old it was and the woman became extremely indignant and started saying curt words in a foreign language, eventually another woman answered "a few days". Sorry but I don't think you should be selling cooked fish a few days old in the first place and you definitely shouldn't get angry at a customer for asking how fresh it is after having copped rotten fish in the past. NEVER GOING BACK

Oh my god. Bought 3 fish pieces was not sure if chicken or fish very rubbery also purchased a fish cake I have honestly not tasted anything that horrible in a long while.when lady served me it seemed like I was putting her out

Amazing service. Clean environment. Good quality & quantity of food at good price. Their broccoli salad is DELICIOUS!

Worst crayfish, even though it was cheaper because of circumstance, that we have ever eaten and that is world wide. The price made us buy it, not worth it.

I recommend their take-away fish & chips. We always order grilled Spanish mackerel and crunchy chips. Always tasty and to our liking. $48 for four people. Excellent quality price. Plenty of tartar sauce 4 free.

Want something different for lunch or dinner this is a place to come too. It's not like your normal fish shop, there are plenty of product to choose from.

The food nearly fell through the paper as the chips and fish was so oily.

And why are your chips so yellow they tasted disgusting and where chucked in the bin. How can you get chips wrong seriously.

Was one of my fav fish shops went and bought some fish kebabs which the lady talked me into buying more than i asked for so i said why not. Took one bite they were cold and like rubber instead of offering fresh ones she basically said nothing and threw my money back at me.

Worst fish and chip place. They can't have drained or given the chip basket a shake as our food was drenched in oil it was soaked through all layers of paper to the outside. Chips were disgustingly soggy and sloppy. The whole lot went into the bin.

Got 5 mixed salads to try. They all look amazing and fresh which is great broccoli salad was quite tasty. Unfortunately all the others at virtually no taste it would have been nice to have some flavour in it.
Apologies but if you don't get feedback you can't improve. Customer service was lovely

Don't ever go there at 7.50 pm as the griller is off and so is their personalities! I thought they closed at 8.00 pm!

If we could give a 0, we would. This was the last straw! The last 4 times (which is over a span of 6 months) we have been overcharged every single time. And every single time we have questioned it. The staff, yes are hard working, but do not have good customer service skills or maths skills for that matter. Tonight's purchase will be the last. Not only did they give us the wrong fish, they flat out refused to give us an itemized docket, instead the staff member read out the order, we were over charged by $4, and they were hesitant to check it again. Chips size is small and the piece of fish which she gave us and refused to change for the one we actually ordered was super oily and over cooked!
Give this a pass and try a different fish and chips store but if you do go - get a reciept and double check how much you are charged. Like I said we have been overcharged the last 4 times and this was the last straw.

I had the standard fish and chips and they were really good. I wouldn’t have minded a few more chips but the piece of fish was quite bit so I’d take that any day. I’ll come back.
