The team at Spine and Sports provide holistic care, are very supportive, knowledgeable and lovely to deal with. I have received excellent treatment from Emily for a number of years, after previously having had bad experiences with chiropractor's. I have also needed physio and podiatry treatment and attended pilates sessions with Lydia, which has been all been positive and helped in my recovery from surgery. Having multiple services working together in the one place is a huge plus! Highly recommend:)

Physiotherapist Lydia is an absolute asset to Spine and Sports Centre. She has a warm personality and her knowledge is exceptional. Pilates classes are always targeted to each individual and good fun too! Highly recommend!

I have been visiting Mason for about 8 months now and in that time i have stopped getting headaches while working and have slowly been fixing my posture so my back doesnt feel as hunched anymore. Furthermore, I was in a car accident about a month ago, I proceeded to see mason, was clear about what has happened and he has been helping me to make sure that whiplash does not creep up on me.

Mason's professionalism is second to none, and I would highly recommend him and his team to anyone who is looking for correction, even just a consultation will do you wonders.

Great family practice! Saw Lydia for physio and Emily for chiro. Lydia has loads of experience with women's physio and I found her strategies really helpful post surgery.

First time trying a chiropractic clinic after attendance ng physio for years - really impressed with the quality of care from the admin team & health professionals (especially with their extra measures to keep things running safely with Covid-19). I’ve had some great improvements in my long term injury after a couple of months treatment with Mason, so very happy with the service all around.

The best chiropractor results I have ever had. Mason is a lovely person but importantly, a great chiro. I recommend this business to anyone - friends, family or strangers - that need a chiropractor as I have had great results since going there.

I have been seeing Lydia (Physio) for a while about a knee injury. She has extensive knowledge and has helped me back to running and my knee has never felt better! She has designed specific programs for me that have helped and is always updated the program in regards to my progress
