Spicy Touch

Selling expired stuff, spicy touch is our regular grocer and I drink soft drinks from there all the time. I suddenly thought to look at expiry date and it was expired since April. I get sometimes they reduce price when its close to expiration, but this is unacceptable when they are selling them even if its expired. Really disappointed.

Today, I bought a Punjabi shakkar from here and it’s expired. I did not check the date but also that girl did not inform me it’s expired. What can I do now. It’s very bad things if they sell expired things.

Bloody expensive store! Ripping off people…even don’t give receipt! If you wanna continue your business then put prices Like other Indian stores.

Very poor customer service. The lady over the counter busy on the phone. Lots of unorganised empty boxes when u entered the shop.

I went to this store yesterday evening as i am new here don't know much about this place. The girl working over there is very nice as she helped me to find the stuff. They have varieties of stuff from many parts of India with a very good quality and also their customer service is very good as the staff is helpful nd kind.

Everytime I go there for shopping but, the girl who wear glasses never greet, not even say hello or hi. I am very disappointed with the customer service.

Yesterday we had an amazing experience at this store. We got lot of stuff and I accidentally forgot my stuff at the counter. Komal went an extra mile to get the stuff to us. She is always amazing at her work. Keep up the good work.

I like this place becoz of their great prices and these guys having a lot of stuff. The cutomer service is very great as staff is very friendly and helpful as well. I visited on Wednesday 4 pm.

Staff are very helpful and the store has almost all your needs covered for a pretty good price.

Most of the products are expired items. Once expired making into loose packet and selling with same price making local label with new date.

Was very poor customer service, the girl working in shop was constantly talking on phone video call to India with family, no eye contact while invoicing even, very rude, no greet or bye too, would never go back again. Visited Friday 5pm

I used to shop here all the time because of their great prices. Staff are always friendly and shelves are usually well stocked.

Please review your stocks. We generally buy snacks from the store but this time we found worms in the Peanut Ball packet. The brand is Indya. We will never buy any packed products henceforth from your store.

I will never go back to this store. Pappad I bought from here had worms in them and nanak brand paneer was bitter.

Expired products too. Staff need to check their shelves on regular basis
