Specsavers Optometrists - Kalamunda Central

I recently had a fantastic experience with Specsavers in Western Australia. The staff were friendly, and the optometrist was thorough in examining my eyes. The wide range of frames made it easy to find the perfect pair. Overall, a great service that I highly recommend.

Excellent assistance with all aspects of eye tests, hearing test and the selection of spectacles. Very friendly staff and excellent explanation provided by the optomertrist, in relation to the eye tests.

I was extremely impressed with the service. The process was efficient from the eye test, manufacturing of the glasses and final fitting. I got two pairs of designer frame glasses for no out of pocket cost (my health fund paid the gap).

I and my family only use spectators as for our eye testing and for glasses if required.
The staff members were all very helpful in the way they approached you n the questions they need to ask you.
The last time I needed glasses was in 2019.
They since then have a lot of very improved features and experiences to offer their clients. I do need to upgrade my lenses and I'm glad that I have more understanding on the health of my eye's from the eye testing that I had done on Thursday.
I would highly recommend this company for anyone who requires help with their eyes and sight.

Had some issues initially however these were solved when new lenses were fitted. Very satisfied with the outcome

Will be going back to Midland Gate for better service. Kalamunda charges way too much for 1 pair of glasses. Very disappointed: (

I can’t praise or thank the team at Spec Savers Kalamunda enough. I broke both my pair of glasses and I was lucky enough to still have my golden ticket I got another pair of glasses for $89 dollars and replacement frames for the same price, the replacement frames were done right there and then which I didn’t know was possible

The ladies couldn’t help me enough I felt so pleased to be able to get my glasses replaced as the lenses are the best I’ve ever had.

I’m very happy with the service I received and even get a wave now when I’m walking past. Fabulous feel good service.

The team are fantastic, got served by Jacqui, Devi and Matt. Proper old fashioned good customer service and expert advice. Won’t be going anywhere else now.

Very reasonably priced with some great products. The optometrists have always been very friendly and professional. The retail staff are a bit hit and miss depending on who you get. They are either really great or not particularly good at customer service.

Fantastic service and one of the technicians fixed an arm on a pair of glasses that apparently couldn’t be fixed elseware. Highly recommend
