I had to get some new glasses and also a set of safety glasses for work. The service was great, the staff very helpful and even though it was over the Christmas period, I received the glasses a lot quicker than I expected. Very happy.

I felt a little overwhelmed and rushed to choose a frame. Will get used to my choice as it costs too much to change your mind nowadays regardless of private health cover.

Easy to make a booking. Very professional staff and they were on time. So easy to pick out new glasses and the price was more than reasonable.

Deb and all the team are Super helpful and are genuinely customer service focused. They provided me with suitable options to fit my budget and updated selection of fashion frames. In fact my frames were sunglasses so they customised them to be my daily reader frames…& cost after HBF was more than $150 rebate! Win win at spec savers Halls Head

There may have been no staff in the store, not one member in the store from manager down offered any assistance at all.
Verry poor service

I would off given 5 stars but the lack of communication and misplace order even though both sets where order together. No explanation given. Otherwise friendly and courteous staff. Wide selection of frames. Price is always a issue but that happens everywhere nowadays.
They did help me save close to $100 and I thank them for it. Also filled out my government rebate application there n then on the spot.

The staff were very pleasant and professional especially the young lady who did the eye testing and Louise who helped me with my choice of frames.

I've always been made extremely welcome in the Halls Head store.
All staffs are highly professional and I would highly recommend their services.

Specsavers were really professional in the way the process is structured with the initial appointment I've been to several optometrists before and this is by far the best experience I've had. The cost was exceptionally cheaper and I received a far better product. Life long client moving forward.

I'm very disappointed to b honest. I was struggling to see so went for an eye test. I was very excited that I would be able to see more clearly when I got my new glasses. They were exactly the same as my vision was before, no improvement. I feel like I've just wasted 650 dollars. Why don't you tell us that new glasses aren't going to improve you vision. I also wanted to use the frames I already had but was told that if I didn't buy frames off Spec Savers then it would cost me a lot more. I didn't understand that. I'm going to try a different optician next time.

Staff friendly, never been to an eye test before and asked what was I here for. Also, not to have the pictures up of my eyes that had just been taken. (All previous eye exams at Specsavers elsewhere have always had them up and compared to previous pictures). Felt like it was all a bit rushed and trying to push vary focal glasses.
Now questioning my distance glasses prescription after getting the prescription made up for reading glasses for the first time ever. Purely for the use of very small print and threading needles. Tried for both these reasons today and they made my vision worse not clearer.

Had an absolute fantastic experience in store today when choosing my new lenses, staff were attentive and went out of their way to help ensuring I had the best experience possible. Cannot recommend this tweak enough, over and above in terms of their professionalism and efficiency, I’ll definitely be coming back, many thanks to the staff members that assisted me today! You are an asset to your store.

The customer service at Specsavers is outstanding. I had to replaced my recently purchased glasses as I could not get used to them. I went for a bigger lens which I could not get used to. Specsavers replaced the glasses no problem at all with no other fee, which I thought I would have to pay for at least the lenses.nothing is too much trouble. Great service Specsavers, thank you!
