I bought a very expensive pair of titanium glasses worth over $600 some 6 months ago from Specsavers in Wanneroo. One of the frame hinges partly broke recently, easily fixable, and I took them back to Specsavers hoping that I would be covered on manufacturers warranty. I could see from the moment I approached the counter I was going to get a negatively critical reception rather than helpful and friendly. It was like reporting to Military Headquarters experience and I was going no where with the ladies at the reception. I have since got them repaired for $20 by the competitor optimist opposite them who had a spare hinge in the Wannerro shopping centre. Just a horrible experience.

Had a lovely and professional experience at Specsavers Wanneroo. I took my 8 year old in for a eye test, in which i let them know i had a bad experience that same morning at a another optomisterist. They were great with her, very patient and professional. And most importantly got the answers i was looking for

I love going to Specsavers at Wanneroo, the staff are polite and courteous and always very professional it’s an all round great experience

Cannot thank the staff and especially Nadine for their help with my latest pair of glasses. Had a few fitting issues with the first pair and was offered a replacement pair. They arrived and are just great. Thank you for going that extra mile and all done with a smile and assurance if i needed anything else to come back in. All good and will definitely return when i need a new pair again.thanks guys and gals.

All the staff were very friendly and I had great service while getting my eyes checked for contacts. Lovely clean store and lots of frames to choose from.

From start to finish of hearing aid purchase fantastic experience thanks to Carla from Wanneroo Branch. Not only gave me better hearing but also reduced my tinnitus bloody fantastic. Did I mention quoted $7990 from other company same hearing aids $2995, sounds like a another reason to go to specsavers wanneroo! Thankyou Shane Buss

The optometrist who did my eyes was very knowledgeable and helpful, answering all my inquiries as I knew nothing about eyes, and answering all my questions as well as having deep chats.

"Optometrist" wasn't even interested in getting the prescription right before try to upsell me.
Tried a couple of settings based on the automated measurement, and that was it. Didn't listen to a word I said
Just fixated on selling me graduated lenses, even after I specifically told him that's not what I wanted.

I would like to say a big thank you to Carla and the crew at spec savers for the prompt and efficient service they gave my wife when she needed help with her hearing aids, thank you

Kim, Birju and the team are fabulous. The customer service is exceptional. I have been using their services for several years. All the staff are friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. The selection of frames is fantastic and affordable. I highly recommend this great business.

Always prefer to go to Wanneroo branch. All the staff there are lovely to deal with. Get more personal service.

Staff are always friendly there, never had a bad experience. They also stayed back a couple of mins when I was running late to pick up my contacts! They’re so nice

I believe that there are 3 factors in any retail business that determines the over all rating of a business, they are *good quality product and range
*Competative pricing
*Staff attitude/customer service
At the wanneroo Branch all of these are evident. But of all of these factors I really respect the human and caring attitude that they give to their clients.

Glasses always early to arrive and always fitted when asking for adjustment. Thanks to Kim and the team.

If i could rate them a 0 i would. Went to the store yesterday for a 5: 15 appointment and was told they couldn't fit me in as i was late for my '4: 55' appointment. They said they sent me a text confirmation but they sent it to another persons number and some how it was my fault and the lady said i must have given them the number? Why would i give a number that isn't mine obviously it's their fault. I confirmed the time and my contact number over the phone and the lady that said she was the manager advised that i was the one in the wrong and she sent me away without apologising or taking any responsibility for what happened. Do not come to this store, try another Specsavers instead.

Terrible website when you can't even find "Contact Us" to ask a question regarding an eye test not necessarily booking an appointment

I recently picked up my new multi focal spectacles and sunglasses from Spec Savers Wanneroo Central.

It was a simple, enjoyable and pain free process ; thanks to Catherine my very proficient, knowledgeable and friendly consultant.

Unfortunately I have a rather large head, usually difficult to find frames that fit comfortably; Catherine picked out both my frames first time and I went with them a perfect fit.

She carried out the comprehensive eye tests, skilfully and patiently. Kitty the optometrist carried out my final eye tests and the resulting lenses, are perfect clear viewing for me.

I would not hesitate to recommend their services, to anyone in need of a good pair of spec savers.

All in all a very good experience. I can see clearly now, as the song goes.

I requested a pair of computer glasses exactly the same as my previous ones. The new ones are unusable. I returned to the store 3 times to complain and say I wanted a new pair. The staff kept telling me they were the same and I would get used to them.

Packed and they do not honour appointment times. Also purchased glasses in 2017 and they were unusable. Waste of time and money
