48 Not happy with the long queue's at reception with only one people booking you in for your appointment. This is especially bad for older people and myself with a leg infection that can not stand for long periods.
Surely giving your information can be done after your appointment especially when only one person is on reception.
Very easy and clear explanation. Always ready to go extra mile to help customers. Didn't feel rushed at all. Specsavers Willeton is the best
Very impressed with the service provided by Natalie and Tracy. They where excellent and listened and helped me with what I needed. I look forward to receiving my new glasses.

Booked eye test appointment online for 9.10am. Store opens at 9.00am. 3 people seen before me, went up to counter to question why I should wait when people had walked in off street without booking appointment. I advised I had to travel some considerable distant to work and that is why I took the first appointment available. Told sorry, first come first served. What is the point of booking online appointments if you can't be taken at your appointment time. Definitely not the same since Tom left the business.
I was served by Liam to pick out my glasses.
I have a very complex lens. Which he took time to explain which type of frame would suit myself as well as fit in with the lens type I have.
Also at this bust time of year took time to make sure I was happy with my choices
A huge THANK YOU to the staff who worked with my child today - all I had to mention was "autism", and the response and support we received was incredible. My child did end up needing glasses, so thank you for having the patience throughout all of the testing to work out the prescription!
Wonderful experience at Specsavers Willetton. Very friendly team, optometrist Syafiq was informative and thoroughly explained different lens options available. Zoe was so lovely and helpful with picking the perfect frames and also very informative through the entire process. Would highly recommend!

I needed an eye exam due to Trauma. Reception staff called me to offer an earlier appointment which became available and Optometrist was so professional and friendly. Performed a perfect exam of my eyes and gave advise. 5 stars and thanks to all the team working there
The personnel are well trained and professional, yet friendly and engaging. The optometrist that I visited is knowledgeable and answered my questions, but also made some practical suggestions for improved eye care.
Specsavers Willetton has the best customer service I have ever come across in any service industry. All staff are very helpful and nothing is a problem. Congratulations to all.
Impeccable service - all the way from the Store Manager greeting us and signing us in for our appointments to Optometrist Soo carrying out detailed tests on my eye health and finishing with Sandra assisting us with frame selection, recommendation on lenses, measuring and pricing. We can see a big difference in the way the store is being organised and run with a competent team, compared to the chaos just a few months ago. Keep up the good work!
Hey.very helpful and cordial services, not only when you buy glasses, even when you bring a broken glasses, they will arrange new matching arms for you or order a new one frame without any cost if necessary. I am talking about the Willetton branch. I can tell you this was not the case for the other branches of Specsavers. Kudos to Willetton branch and the Team! I appreciate their time and services!

Fantastic service, the staff are all lovely and very professional. The additional hearing test was a pleasant surprise as well.
Ordered glasses on Jan 22. I checked twice after that and was told they’re not ready. I finally went on March 18 and they said the glasses were there and they have been since Feb. They said they left me a message.
I sure didn’t get one. I ask for proof and they didn’t have any.

What’s going on?
Was dispensed incorrectly and I just knew something was not quite right even if I was advised to give myself a few weeks to adjust to the new glasses. I finally checked back with my previous spec saver store and was told the dispensation entry was not put through properly. Ive lost confidence and wont take the risk to go back again.
Excellent service and very friendly staff. They've gone out of their way to make sure my new multi-focals fit comfortably. Very impressed!
