Specsavers Optometrists - Baldivis

The glasses that was recommended (bifocal) did not work for me. I am waiting another 2 weeks to get 2 pairs of glasses made for me. The staff is super helpful and friendly, cannot fault them.

Just wanted to share the best experience I had this morning at Baldivis Specsavers-as soon as I arrived I was greeted warmly and attended to without further delay. All the staff there were very professional and extremely helpful with all my questions and needs-walked out of there feeling very satisfied with the price of my frames and lenses! Sia and Bronwyn were fantastic, from the testing process through to the selection of glasses. Sia was great with asking questions which helped to determine the type of glasses needed.

Jerry was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the lenses & options available, and the whole store was polite and welcoming.

I recently had a fall and broke an arm off my glasses. I had never been to the Baldivis branch before, previously using a Perth based branch. The young lady told me she could put a different colour arm on them. I was happy for any help. I need my glasses everyday. When she came back she had put 2 new arms on and they fit better than they ever have. She went over and above with such excellence. I am booking in for a new pair and I couldn't speak more highly of the staff and the help I received. Many many thanks.

First visit to Specsavers Baldivis and very happy with the service I received. I took my kids in for an appointment to get eyes checked. The feeling was rushed during the testing section with 3 young children on my own and my 7 year old taken into a seperate room so I was a little stressed by the time I was ordering my daughters glasses. Danica made conversation with us whilst going through the fitting process and made me feel so much more at ease. Thanks so much Danica. I probably wouldn't have stayed otherwise.

I recently purchased glasses from here. The staff member I dealt with was very polite and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to return here next time.

This is what happened to my daughter: -

Been having eye pain and dry eyes this past week (haven’t been wearing contacts). Glasses broke so head into my regular specsavers to get glasses fixed and see if I can see the optometrist. Was told that no one can see me today.

Head over to OPSM, optometrist with last patient for the day and happy to see me after. Tells me it’s a corneal ulcer/lesion from my psoriasis & psoriatic arthritis. That I need steroid drops and closely monitor and wean over the next 4 weeks. Unfortunately they are closing shop for renovations for the next few weeks so he can’t look after me. Told me to go back to specsavers and be firm about getting seen.

Head back to specsavers and tell them this. To be told again that no one can see me and I could wait around if I like but I would be waiting a long time. Next available appointment tomorrow afternoon.

Very good experience at my local specsavers as always, got served by a man that was a trainie and good to see that the quality and experience is past on to your new staff.

I went to baldivis specksavers Had complete eye examination gave me reading glasses for reading Less than a year later went north river found I had late claucoma I lost one eye battling keep other eye I went back to specksavers Baldivis The atomitrist who was on a Saturday said less than a year before they didn't have modern technology Been coming to terms with this person not picking up my glaucoma

Very poor service. Over 4 weeks wait for glasses and wasted a Saturday collecting glass that were not in the store even tho I received a text to collect.

Good location, online appointments available, friendly efficient staff, a bit disappointed as no text message came through as promised, glasses were sitting in the shop for more than a week, ready to collect. My daughter was struggling last few weeks with her vision getting blurred and on and off headaches. When I chased it today and was informed that the glasses were ready, I wasn't impressed. I didn't contact any earlier as we were told there is at least a fortnight of wait involved. I am sure many customers would perceive this as lack of courtesy or compassion shown and poor customer service. I am writing this with the hope that it will prevent a similar situation in the future- please try call customers if any delay in texts getting through, I appreciate it is very busy for everyone during school holidays, maybe someone forgot to text us. Good experience today though when we went to collect the glasses, fitting service was friendly and efficient, best wishes and regards

I had a pair of faulty glasses and saw the team at Baldivis even though I had purchased at another store. They were quick to assist me with choosing another pair and advised the
Other pair were under warranty. Excellent customer service from the team. Would highly recommend.

Staff were friendly and efficient. Optometrist was awesome - very professional. Natalie the optical assistant was very sweet, patient snd helpful.
