My new glasses are worse than my old ones.the prescription appears unbalanced. And I spent 400$ on glasses i'm not happy wearing

Ended up walking out, might as well have been invisible. After having my eye test with the bored & disinterested optometrist I went into the shop choose my glasses. Despite there being at least 3 to 4 girls on the shop floor I was not offered an ounce of help to decide on which glasses suited me. I must have tried on fifty pairs in the half an hour I was there but wasn’t approached once with an offer of assistance. Too busy chatting amongst one another and assisting the other customers that came in after me. I’ll take my money elsewhere, thank you very little.

I have worn multifocals for many years without issue. After relocating to the southwest my first set of glasses through the Busselton store has been a disaster. I returned to the store numerous times as I was unable to see properly through my new glasses. Eventually the optometrist conducted another eye test which was the same as the first test. At this point he become very rude and abusive. I had not accused him of making an error or requested another eye test (lenses quite possibly could be the issue) but he belittled me and made me feel like I was a fool. I was very near to tears when I left the store and decided I would not go back there again. My many years of being a Specsaver client are over and I have made an appointment to see another company. I would like to note that all of the other staff except the optometrist were polite and lovely.

I was running late for my appointment so rang as a courtesy to say so. I was told there was a 10 minute grace period. I thought ok, should make it. I was 4 minutes later than the Grace period as I struggled to find a parking space. They turned me away and said there wasn't enough time. 4 minutes! I'm 40 minutes away so it's not like I can just pop back.
All the other times I've arrived on time I've always had to wait to be seen anyway.
I understand a lot of people don't show up etc but that was ridiculous, especially as I made a courtesy call. I can't help unexpected traffic.

Can't say I am happy. I had to pay for another new pair of glasses ($560.00 2 nd pair) after the 1 st pair I purchased in March became scratched (lost the coating) within 2 months of purchase. Spec Savers adamant it is my fault. However I have never used anything other than ClearWipes / Tissues to clean them. No chance I scratched them and the manufacturer should be fitting the bill for faulty work!

I have just received the three pairs of glasses I was tested for and ordered and I am over the moon happy! Wonderful customer service, expert eye testing and perfect prices especially for someone who has to buy 3 at a time, every time. Well done to the friendly staff at Busselton Specsavers!

Called in with broken glasses bought in NSW. They did an immediate emergency fix on warranty. Very positive and friendly.

Great service, they were so helpful after I had an accident, checking my eye and fixing my glasses. They're always checking my eyes for glaucoma, as it runs in my family.
