Please pass my grateful thanks to Rachel & her team at Success as whilst I was their I had an episode & they looked after me physically as well. The service they provided with me having eye tests was very comendable and it was so great to feel the great customer service.

If you live in and around Beaudesert or feel like going for a drive. Then Beaudesert Specsavers are the optical store you need to go to.
Staff are super friendly, professional and honest! If the glasses don't suit you they will let you know.
The store is clean and well presented!

I stopped coming here when Josh left, there was a lady there who was very abrupt and rude. This is probably 4 years ago, but today I thought i'd try again and wasn't disappointed. Raiz (think that's right) was friendly informative and professional, the whole experience was great compared to how it used to be, and he is a definite asset to your company

Very satisfied with my whole experience here. I walked in unsure of what to do and which glasses to get but staff were clear and thorough with the eye test and very helpful with helping me pick out glasses and sunnies that suit my style and fitted me well. I walked out very pleased with my purchase!

I received an online discount offer but the website wasn’t allowing me to use it even if the offer wasn’t expired yet. I went to the store to get clarification and not only the lady at the reception was happy to match the price but called a manager and I got to order my discounted sunnies straight away! I could not be happier with the kind and professional staff that always makes me feel welcome. After lots of wandering I found a store to go back to no doubt

I wont be going back any time soon. The staff were friendly and wanted to help but the business operating system is poor.

This was my first experience with SpecSavers. I needed urgent help after breaking my glasses. They wouldn’t sell me glasses without an eye test which I couldn’t attend due to a combination of their trading hours lack of appointments and my work commitments. I finally got a booking 2 weeks later.

I was promised my replacement glasses within 7-10 days of ordering but they didn’t arrive for nearly a month. I was lead to believe my new glasses were being dispatched from Melbourne but after questioning about the delays I was told they were being made in India and were delayed in transit.

I tried to purchase contacts to tide me over while the glasses were being made (I’ve worn contacts for years) but was told they couldn’t be issued without a fitting session, again a delay of 10 days. Finally got some leverage after speaking to the head office and suddenly the contacts were released without an appointment.

The experience was disappointing to say the least.

The experience that I had with Specsavers is simply fantastic. This is not my first experience, I have been a esteemed customer including in other stores.
Let me begin from the customer service. They are customer orientated, thumbs up. The only matter I would like to comment negatively is that the increase of the price by 40% is a bit to much. I am afraid I might not be able to afford to have eye glasses next time.

Great service, all staff are very kind and friendly, good positive atmosphere in the store. I had a little difficulty with my glasses and they retested me, turned out I needed some eye drops which helped with my vision. They were very understanding and kind so thank you!
