Friendly and courteous staff - quite a good range of frames although I would like to more coloured frames to choose from

Tracey was VERY friendly and efficient, it was a pleasure dealing with her. I will be definitely returning to specsavers.

James, Arriana and the rest of the staff was a big help, a big thank you to everyone, impressed with the quick turnaround.

Lack of expertise. Wrongly prescribed not just once but twice. Waste of time. I wish I could give negative rating but must say, staffs are friendly though.

Friendly staff but I would have preferred to be accurately informed of the price of the glasses. I was quoted $118 LESS than I paid. They added on an "ultraclear superclean" per pair of glasses to the final invoice without notification. Not once did the service staff mention the additional fee. Not happy with disingenuous service. Be alert and ask for the exact payment expected before committing. [edit: thanks for the response and request for feedback, but the link didn't work and when I found the customer feedback form it didn't appear to work as stated, despite using 2 different browsers).

Went in at 4 20pm which is 40 minutes before the closing time and they won't serve me. Disappointing service. If you can't operate after 4, then don't advertise that you're open till 5pm.

Fantastic experience at specsavers innaloo I've been to many optometrist appointments in my 48 years I can honestly say today was a great experience a great understanding of my rare eye condition and great advice. The sales staff were outstanding friendly helpful and went out of her way with helping me as I'm on a very tight budget I would highly recommend specsavers innaloo

James was extremely helpful. He answered all my questions with patience and good humour. He is someone who’s knowledge and judgment I trust. Spec Savers Innaloo is my optometrist of choice. Geoff runs an excellent business.

I am extremely happy with the service I get from Specsavers. Being a pensioner specialist are affordable. I would recommend them to anyone.

Terrible optometrist doctor!
I was advising her during the consultation that, the option she was giving me was way too strong for my eyes. She pulled the card “I’m a doctor, I know”.
Anyway, went to get my glasses and I can’t wear them, as they are incorrect and way too strong for me.

The staff at Specsavers Innaloo are always friendly and very helpful and Geoff was great to deal with and it was nice to see some one happy and enjoying his job and happy to answer questions
It’s disappointing that they don’t have an Christmas Cheer displayed on the shop

Got my glasses made from them. Had to go back 3 times, and still these glasses ARE NOT as these should be. Wate of about $ 600. WIll NEVER go back

Long story short - non expert staff that caused a lot of frustration repeated multiple times the history of what was dispensed and future needs. Finally optometrist came and said needed to retest. The minute I heard that I gave up and walked away. Cara turned around pointed a finger at me for being rude and not nice. I told her as a matter of fact if she knew her job well I wouldn’t have had to do this. She then threatened and said ‘Iam going to close your account’. I said go ahead Iam not coming back to this store I don’t think Cara is the owner but obviously she calls the shots at the shop and yet is poor at customer service and does not know her job well. Take heed.there are so many stores around.your store is not the one and only in WA so by all means.feel free to close customers’ accounts just because they decide to not give you the sales. Don’t burn the bridge is all I have to say to the owner.

I went to Specsavers Innaloo last weekend for an eye test and the staff were all lovely. The optometrist Geoff kept me laughing the whole time and was really friendly and honest with my about my eyes. I will definitely be coming back

Absolutely shocking with the way one of the staff treated my father and myself today, we were standing at the door when one of the staff rushed over and said to wear a mask, no problem with wearing a mask but to look at other customers sitting down with no mask on and when we asked what was the issue the staff member just laughed and said go away. Just lost 3 customers today specsavers innaloo

Found customer service to order 2 x new pairs of sunglasses quick and easy. Received a text to book date and time for fitting appointment after they arrived. All too easy.

Best optometrists … the staff are really good.

Absolutely disgusted in the way I have been treated by Specsavers Innaloo! I have been given the wrong prescription twice, and was abused by staff when I returned to complain. I be have been back a number of times within the 3 month grace period. All they did was realign my glasses! When I explained it was my lenses I couldn’t see through properly they said I don’t know why. I’m wearing glasses from 7 years ago and asked why is it that I can see through my old glasses and not the new ones they didn’t have an answer! At the end of this stress they said we can’t help because it is now past the 3 month grace period.
NOT HAPPY WITH YOUR SERVICES!
