Specsavers Optometrists - Carousel Westfield

Highly recommened the optometrists, he was absolutely amazing with my eyetest and was very helpful. Specsavers are great and the staff are very welcoming and helpful when choosing the right glasses for you.

Been going to the Carousel Specsavers over a number of days and can say with absolute certainty that their customer service is amazing! Yadiy was especially helpful, and me and my family really only wanted to see him for glasses. There was another girl who I met there that was so sweet and lovely. Definitely recommend coming here

The whole team was just amazing, very supportive and patient with helping my daughter to choose a frame (she nearly fitted every frame in the shop!). The optometrist was very professional and explained every test and procedure. Overall it was a very positive experience.

Glasses were ready to be picked up. Made an appointment. Didnt know I was going to be late. Informed the staff via phonecall, told her that I was going to be late for 10 minutes. She basically said if I was late for 10 min or more, I would miss my appointment and I have to rebook for another appointment or if Im lucky, there would be a 15-20 minutes wait. I was so confused as it was just a collection for my glasses not an eye check or anything. Anyway I still went to store to pick up, I was 15/20 min late. The lady that served me did not mention anything and served me straight away.

Awesome Specsavers! All the team is magnificent, knowledgeable and kind. Managers, dispenser and optometrists, all of them make your experience very smooth and informative.

Excellent, friendly and professional service by Clinical Audiologist Xin Ee Khoh. She was very understanding and explained everything in a way that I could understand very well. Would definitely recommend this service to anyone needing Audiology or hearing aids.

I have been coming to Neil for optometry needs for almost 25 years. He has always provided very friendly and professional service back up by his highly competent staff. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for glasses.

Worst place on earth would never ever go there again or would want anyone going there and getting a bad day right affter came 5 minutes late for my appointment the lady at the front desk was rude and literally told me to get …. This is disgusting behaviour 17/03/2023

I received excellent customer service. I was served and helped by Yadiy on 4/4/23 and he is incredible at his job and very professional. He was very nice and patient with the whole process which made it very smooth and easy going.

I booked for a certain time and then they call me to change the timing of booking and it will take 2 hours for the test and an apprentice will be overseeing it. Zero professionalism

I came to the shop on Saturday afternoon and met one of the optometrist. She was nice and explain clearly about my eye conditions.

And I also been served by Shi Ying.she is a really nice staff.she is so relax.cheerful and help me a lot by choosing the right frame for my face shape and she also can engaged with ny super chatty girl really well. Shi Ying answer patiently with some of kids questions about the glassesn lenses etc.thank you for your help today Shi Ying!

Overall all the team members that I met in Specsaver today are very helpful and cheerful. Make my weekend feel even brighter

I had a troublesome and sore eye and knew if I tried to make an appointment at my doctors it would have taken sometime to see him. Whilst shopping, I thought I would see if Specsavers Cannington could help. Within 20 minutes I had been seen by an optician and diagnosed with a rather nasty stye! I received good advice on how to fix it. Wonderful, kind service. Thank you so much. This is what life should be like. Aren't we lucky? Reception staff were so obliging. Thank you so much.

I am a customer here. I made my glass here with my own frame one year ago. One of The frame leg was broken. (Chanel’s quality is not good, I got it online). Then I brought the glass to the store as that is my only pair of glass. Serena, she is so kind to help me fix the frame, for free. They are very nice and trustworthy! From my own experience to tell.

Best optometrist in Western Australia. Neil is thorough, professional and up to date with knowledge.
