Julie was very very helpful helping me choose my new frames. As was the optometrist & the staff member who fitted my new glasses when I picked them. (sorry can not remember her name) Plus I was very surprised that it only took 1 week to receive my new glasses. Very pleased with the whole process as usual I have been coming to Spec Savers for many years.

The service at Specsavers Mirrabooka is also excellent. This time I as served by someone new to the store a young lady Nasrin. Excellent knowledge of her job, polite, helpful and understanding and her greatest attribute is her sense of humour.

I really appreciate the way they serve their customers with respect and care, had 2 pairs of glasses were done within 2 weeks, really happy. Must visit

Dr Kures is amazing, he couldn’t do enough to help me, he spent as much time with me as I needed. And nothing was too much trouble. The staff were always friendly and helpful. I won’t go anywhere else.

Fantastic service! I have ways had trouble finding glasses frames that I like but had no trouble today at this store. Jacob was a wonderful help and helped me pick out two pairs of glasses that I really liked.

Unfortunately my experience with this store and the customer service I received was negative. I walked in and asked if I could see someone asap because I was concerned about a problem with my eyes. I was told they had no appts till two days later and told I would have to go elsewhere if I needed to see someone that day. So I did! If this is the way you treat a concerned and anxious customer then being told to go elsewhere then you don’t deserve five star reviews from anyone!

The best optometrist I have ever been to. He was so thorough and explained things that no one else had previously.

I took my son for lens fittings and a rude lady with excessive cough asked him to wear lens without demonstrating any thing. She just kept on coughing and walking here and there looking at time. My son got the lens in one eye and she even did not know that … optometrist at last look into his eye to confirm that the lens was in his eye …. Don’t take your kid or by yourself to this branch. With other optometrists company the optometrist do the lens fitting.
I wish I can give less than 1 star to this store …

Had wonderful service! Came in this week for a few questions and got all answers. Staff were lovely especially Reyleine, she deserves a reward for her outstanding service! Specsavers mirrabooka is my go-to from now on!

The staff who did my eye test always quick and felt been pushed. Also salesperson keep asking about upsell and threaten about if not buying more extra things for glasses would be the reason for migraine. After rufused, the attitude from staff changed so quick, not willing to come back any more.

Went to get my eyes tested as I noticed my vision has gotten weaker over the years. Service was very fast, a special thank you to one of the female staff (i think her name was Rayleen). She was very helpful and kind, spoke in a genuine manner, very thorough and concise when speaking. Also well-informed and knowledgeable about optics.

Jacob went above and beyond to help with my sunglasses, answering all my enquiries with great knowledge and clear explanation as long as helping me choose and pick the right sunglasses.

Usually I’ve not had an issue coming here, but I made an appointment to have my eyes checked and even though the day before they confirmed with me that I had done an eye test earlier this year and another eye test wasn’t necessary I still chose to go ahead with the appointment as I was having trouble with reading (and yes I did already update my glasses earlier in the year too and still had issues). The optical dispenser on the phone said it was fine and I could still come in for my appointment.
The day of my appointment when I came in to do my eye test, the asian optometrist (I think her name was Hung) was super rude and she seemed like she did not want to perform an eye test even though I advised her I was having issues with my eyes. She kept stating that “it’s valid for 2 years you don’t need to go through another eye test” even though I was already in the room wanting to get it checked again!

After a mini argument, she eventually checked my eyes and yes I was correct my script did change and she said “it has changed dramatically” and even advised me to do a visual fields test due to the dramatic change.

The optical dispensers in the shop floor was helpful and friendly, no issues with them.

The optometrist needs to listen to the patients instead of rushing them out the door and not wanting to perform eye tests when it is clearly needed. Extremely disappointed with how I had to argue my point for her to do the eye test when I was booked in to do one!

Saw the Optometrists he was very professional and friendly, had help from one of their lovely staff member i think her name was Raylene she made my experience there very pleasant, excellent customer service and highly recommend her.

Went to get my son's annual eye test. Optometrist, Who did eye test said his vision is week & it turned out he needs vision glasses & after that, everyone from their staff started to push us for "BUY ONE GET ONE SCHEME". Seeing there desperation about selling glasses, i decided to go for second opinion & guess what second opinion from far much better eye clinic, confirmed that my son's eyesight is perfect & no need for glasses.well, all i want to say, when people come to you for themselves or their family & trust you for their eye test, just put you upsells aside & tell them the truth, instead of scaring or stressing them & pushing them to buy vision glasses, when they don't have any vision problem. 3 of my family members were coming to you for annual eye test & now guess what, YOU HAVE LOST ALL OF US NOW. SHAME ON YOU, EVEN TARGETING INNOCENT KIDS FOR UPSELLS.

First time I've been here.
Saw numerous staff members for booking an eye test, then checking-in, taking my details, the optician, then for selecting spectacles.
Each person was friendly, helpful and efficient.
Couldn't have been better.

Stuffed up my sunglasses by putting the same frame as my clear lenses after waiting 1 month. No compensation, just have to wait another month.

Also the indian male student that works on Thursday is useless.

Will go to a competitor for future glasses and contacts and will tell everyone I know to do the same.
