Great service from a very friendly and helpful team. On top of that, the best eye check I’ve had in 40 years. Very funny guy, but also taught me things about my eyes that I didn’t know. My script had changed and had a sample for contacts in stock for a trial, never happens for my script! Well done. Such a great experience

Great service and very friendly team. Also, a small outlet which means there's not dozens of customers or team members running around. We left our last Specsavers as they had become too big and not personable. Very happy with our move. Well done to the team at Victoria Park.

What an absolute joke of an excuse for Customer service. I went there out of convenience and I unfortunately encountered a very rude employee by the name of Janade. I initially walked in pretty happy and walked out super disappointed. She was mumbling under her breath and rolling her eyes because she did not understand the return policy and constantly repeated in a condescending tone "well you can't just return them just because you don't like them"; Which is incorrect, you have 100 days or 3 months withing purchases date to return regardless of the reason as long as it is undamaged, it is the garuntee of Specsavers. Which she also said just doesn't work like that. What an imbacile.

Specsavers needs reflect on their hiring process and the staff member in question should take moment to self-reflect on your interpersonal skills because you likely to go no where that poor skill set.

Front end staff are really helpful and patient.it must be frustrating with customers spending ages trying on many different frames before making an eventual decision. Optometrist James has always been the epitome of professional, yet down to earth service delivery. He is engaging, takes time to explain everything he is doing and his thoughts on the results.

Had a great experience with the team at Vic Park! Managed to grab an appointment on the day after calling, turned up early and was sitting down with the optometrist almost immediately. I interacted with everyone in store at least once and they were all super helpful, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Vic Park Specsavers have a team working in the business who actually want to be there and enjoy what they do, it's kind of rare to find these days to be honest! Highly recommended.

Dreadful waste of time and money. Completely unprofessional.
Sell a one eyed customer glasses that have an engraving in the lens in view.
Telephone and am told they can rectify it, go in and can't.

These glasses were not cheap and to be able to see the code engraving is surely not right?

Do not patronise customers. I was blown off yesterday after taking time from work to get a solution as per discussion on the telephone

The lady advised me to also get sunglasses.dont know why anyway the sunglasses make me feel sick when I wear them went back to specsavers only to be told theres nothing that she can do so its a total waist! I wont be going back again.

I had a friend that worked at spec savers Vic Park.
Kerry told me that they have to wear blank spectacles and that the franchise owners only pay low wages and always try to pass off untrained staff as trained!

Pretty good optical dispensary at reasonable prices with timely, professional and friendly delivery of the customer experience - as at August 2020

Unfriendly rude staffs and unprofessional service. Had new glasses and I found out something was wrong as soon as wear them. Everything I see is blurry and unfocused yet staff told me wait for 2 weeks. I waited 1 week but couldn't see anything so went back and they still didn't want to do anything with my glasses. One of staff fixed frame and told me try another week. I mean I can't see anything for God sake! So couple of days later I went back and did new eye check and turns out lenses are swapped! So since I need new lenses I told them I want the lightest frame so expected some assistance but there was none. I mean how I know which frame is lightest? Am I human scaling machine or something? So I chose one and got new glasses with right lenses but this time but it was too heavy. So I went back again to change frame and still no assistance. What the hell. I just wanted the lightest frame! And this time one of staff told me there weren't be another change of mind. Like some kind of threat. It was your fault why I am keep coming back! So I was gonna buy sunglass as well but this time I went another Specsavers. And service was fantastic! I got lightest frame as well. Even one of staff waited me with scale! Go another Specsavers!
