Special mention for Sally who helped me from start to finish from my eye concerns, appointments and eye glasses frames etc, and has for the past few years.

Had a appointment this morning was running 10 mins late, as I live on coolup and traffic was bad, I missed my appointment, and I really needed to get this done as I work afternoon shifts my eyes get puffy and really sore and really red, the sunlight is bad on my eyes and I can't see properly when driving, this was really important appointment, but obviously they don't care.
I can't if traffic was bad, I keft in plenty of time too and they cant fit me until next Sunday, over a week away.

Store is in not in fact open untill 5.30 as per the confirmed times. Arrived to the store at 5.20 and knocked on the glass, was ignored by staff cleaning

All good prompt attention and glasses arrived prior delivery date, no problems incurred and very polite staff. Regards Randall

John, the optometrist at Specsavers Mandurah Forum, is very caring and phoned around to make an emergency appointment for me with an eye specialist while I was in his care.
The following day, John called me to check in how I was going and to see if surgery had been booked.

Would like to give a six star rating. Have an ongoing problem with ingrowing eyelashes. Over in WA on holiday and problem reoccured. Rang and was told to just go in. Didn't even get to sit down before I was seen to. Magic service, highly impressed and recommend.

Friendly knowledgeable staff. Great range of frames. My private health covered both pairs of glasses with minimal out of pocket expenses. Fast turnaround time.

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had. One of the store managers called me a grumpy customer in front of other staff and customers after I came in to complain about my script being wrong and weeks worth of migraines.
I was rushed through both eye tests and they still got my script wrong.
Upon getting the revised pair and saying they still weren't right they refunded instead of working through the issues or trying to help fix them because the manager had written notes on my profile to refund instead of fix them because I'd been unhappy with the service on my last visit.
I had been going to specsavers for over 15 years but after the experience at this store and the lack of care they showed I will never use specsavers again.

Madu is incredible! She was so patient and kind while I was swapping over some frames. She was super polite and informative and made it really easy to do

Went into the store today at 1.30pm. I waited for 20 minutes to be attended to and still wasn’t acknowledged, in the end just left. Whilst waiting I noticed a sign saying that the full cost of the glasses must be paid for at time of ordering and when you pick up your glasses the health fund rebate will be applied. My glasses cost over $700 before the rebate, wouldn’t be many people with that spare money laying around and what about pensioners…

John is very competent and thorough.
All staff are helpful, and adjustments are done whenever required

They only have one Audiologist for the two Mandurah stores, if she's on holidays or sick there is no relief staff, if you have a problem there is no alternative but to wait until they get back to work. That's not good customer service, you can't even go outside the area, they don't share data

Fantastic personal service from all staff at Mandurah Specsavers especially with John and Olivia.

I had an appointnent for 8.30 am.
I found out just before 8am that it had been moved to 3.10pm because there optometrist didnt turn up.
I went there for the late appointment but was affected by the heat of the day.
I waited in a que for around 10mins. I cant walk very well and used a trolly to suport me but was still in quite a lot of pain.
When I was finerly seen a very rude woman who spoke to me like a child said your late, your 27 mins late. I said yes but I have been waiting in the que. She had an agressive tone, spoke loudly in a shop full of people, and said you did not stand in the que for 27mins. Your appointnent is cancelled. She offered another appointnent in an hrs time. I declined and she wasnt interested in why so I wont go there.
I left, never to return again. Ive been going there for years and years.
I was so upset I rang hbf to ask for alternative places to go. They were apalled at the treatnent i got.
I will never go there again. My extended family is around 30 people who they will probly never see again either.

Spec savers mandurah ate so helpful and provided me with a great service very happy customer.my eyes think so too.

The staff at Specsavers Mandurah are always helpful and knowledgeable. There is a great range of glasses to choose from.

After a few problems with 2 pairs of frames, finally the perseverance from Tina and Viv resolved the matter. Thanks Ladies

My new multifocals are just perfect. Michelle the optometrist was amazing and just slightly altered my script which has made it perfect. Sue and the other ladies helped me choose a new frame. Outstanding service and professionalism.

Spec savers Mandurah was a very efficient service and delivery of my glasses was very quick. I got the tint on one pair and when I ordered them I was quite financial but when they came back I wasn't so they allowed me to pay the 88.00 off over a month. So than you SpecSavers for your help and patience.
