Specsavers Optometrists - Rockingham Shopping Centre

Went to Rockingham spec savers as I had problems with strobe lighting and floaters, I was told by the optomitrist that it was just my age and the gel was sticking to my eyeball spent $600 for glasses on top of my private health, by the time it came to pick up my glasses I couldn't see out of my right eye and was told it was a cataract most likely had split, this is without the optomitrist having a look. A week later I am waiting for surgery to repair a detached retina which may or may not work as it has been left too long. This is at a great expense to myself as I llive in the country. I also have brand new glasses that I told them at the fitting I could not see out of. I am feeling very angry and frustrated right now. Shame on you for your clear disregard of me because of my age.
After my rant and after my eye surgery the store owner has reached out to me and apologised for what has happened and and explained that it was extremely busy day and it was every seat was full and this has meant a lot to me personally. The fear of losing my sight made me overreact and not go into the store. I have left my original review so you know that the owner of this shop is very approachable if you have a problem and you don't have to rant like I did.

Always great service at Specsavers Rockingham. I have a tricky prescription and have also been dabbling with contacts, and the optometrists and rest of the staff are so patient, kind and really know their stuff.

Oh my gosh. From the moment I entered SpecSavers in Rockingham, I was greeted by the lovely staff in-store. Everyone was Kind, Professional, and very knowledgeable about their product and services available. It truly was a wonderful experience for me; from beginning to end. I really felt comfortable, and at home.
I was very impressed with all the ear and eye testing equipment, and overall, a fantastic experience for me. Thank you.
I would not hesitate to recommend SpecSavers to anyone, and SpecSavers is the place for me.

Great service and people. My eyesight hasn't changed in six years so I had no need to get new glasses but they were cleaned and new nose pads were attached for free.

This place is great. Always is with every visit. This team of people should be super proud of their friendly, professional and helpful service.

Not impressed with Rockingham specsavers. I was assessed 3 times by 3 different optometrists had 3 sets of glasses made. On the third try I finally received a pair of glasses I could use. I previously used the Perth city store and never had any issues.

From booking online for the first time, getting eyes checked, purchased new glasses, the staff are extremely helpful, friendly, polite and knowledgeable, professional and prompt. Very happy with your service.
