68 Disappointing to this specsavers branch if you don’t call them no bother to inform you that your glasses is already there in the store. Staff blaming main office for not informing me, said i will receive sms but I didn’t.
In the other branch in riverton the branch is actually call you that your item is ready for collection.
I wont recommend this canning vale specsavers go somewhere else.
Have used this store several times now. Following a small issue I was absolutely impressed with how the resolved the matter. Very professional store that puts the customer first.
Not to mention the hottest optometrist I've ever seen:)
Knowledgeable Optometrists and wonderful staff. Always given the best care and service in this store. Only place we go for our eye tests and glasses.
I'll never visit this store. I was just upto doing a yearly eye test. The optometrist was very rude, I have never met someone like this. Literally jumped on me when I asked some concerns, he kept drawing conclusions. Cut me off when I was trying to ask question and was under the assumption I'm not listening to him. At some point I asked him if he's alright? Having a very long day as it was a Friday. He told me he was very passionate about his job. At some point I thought he might be drunk or on drugs. This could be a one off isolated incident. But not going back there.
Rude. Just one word for my experience. There's a reason you can always find bookings here are available. Not many repeating customers.
Don't go there. Extremely rude optometrist. I times I was thinking is he racially discriminating me?
Xin Khoh, the Audiologist was fantastic. She was very patient with my elderly dad and was able to help him hear so much better, when he had previously been told by another provider, that they would not be able to improve his quality of hearing any further. My dad is ecstatic that he is now able to hear so much better and not miss out on conversation. Thank you so much, Xin for your skill, making necessary adjustments to the older hearing aid, as well as helping my dad a year later with his new hearing aid too. I would definately recommend others to visit you at Specsavers.
Vicky made me feel comfortable and confident in examining my eyes.so I was right changing my branch and coming to Sylvania.

The woman that's a manager at this shop is horrible, I've never experienced such a rude person in my life! She needs to take a course in customer service or find a new job not dealing with people! Would not recommend going to this Specsavers! The service at Harrisdale is so much better!
This place keeps using DOB as a mean to access their database which I am very uncomfortable. I was brutally told that they cannot do anything without the DOB so this will be my last time of using them. They don't seem to care about my concern of not wanting to have everyone knowing my DOB especially given recent Medibank personal data leak. For me, it is not worth the risk.
My 91 year old father with a walker came to Livingston for an eye appointment. They had stuffed up the appointments. When I showed them the confirmation email, they said their system showed another date. They blamed their IT provider. There was no apology. There was no acceptance of fault. They were indifferent and just said to attend the next appointment. Even though the fault was theirs. They had absolutely no customer service. I cannot recommend this place to anyone. I cannot recommend the management or staff at all. I actually give this place zero stars.
Staff were great and friendly however the quality of the product is not acceptable very bad I took my glasses back 3 times as they were not good enough not clear vision in the end I gave up would not recommend
Sat there for half an hour in the service area waiting for a fitting. Watched while four others were served in front of me. Eventually I was asked what I was waiting for, apparently my paperwork was misplaced. To top it off they got one of the frames wrong, but I was so fed up by that stage I just took them and left, figure I'll just wear them at home.
Probably not somewhere I'd recommend.
Terrible service. I went to get my son's glasses adjusted but staff was very rude and careless. It wasn't adjusted properly but staff did not care. I asked her to do it again properly and she looked very offended. Her name is Suzette. Totally disappointed.
Worst customer service ever. Rudeness was on next level. Pl save your time and don’t go on canning vale specsaver.
I had a problem with my new multifocal specs from Specsavers during night use. I went to a different branch Specsavers from the one I got my initial specs from as it was closer to my home. But the staff listened to the issue and responded very professionally and manage to identify the problem, which was a wrong measurement of certain point of the lens for multifocal and arrange for a new one. I got my new one after 2 weeks and its perfect.
Staff were very helpful and polite. Nothing was a problem, they kept me informed throughout the whole process checking against previous tests and time periods of tests.
Excellent service, quick and reliable. Was helped by the staff Hansi, she is very helpful and professional.
