When the staff here processes your order check everything in detail before leaving otherwise there is a chance you may have to return to sort it out, from mistakes that shouldn't happen.
My partner got some JCB work safety glasses which I thought were a reasonable price than what I've heard others pay for them at other places
Garbage service over the phone. You can’t say it’s not warranty without inspecting the glasses. Not even a bring them in so we can have a look. I’ve been going here for years so you lost a customer
Very helpful customer service and the job was very organised, i arrived 10 minutes before my appointment and went through the initial interview and the eye tests and doctor appointment all with 1~2 minute gap in between, which was very efficient and I would recommend to everyone visit this store specially if its during their working hours and the time is precious
So helpful and friendly. Everything was organised efficiently and I was able to collect my glasses earlier than expected before travelling
The staff were all interested, informative & patient. I saw the optometrist on a Tuesday & received notification on Saturday that my glasses were there, I booked an appointment online for 3: 40 Sat. Too easy, I definitely recommend Specsavers Morley.
On a wet winters day I trundled into spec savers and met an impressive young man named Harrold, not only did I buy 2 pair of amazing glasses he also inspired me to climb a mountain.
Jason is a great audiologist. I'm hearing music now like I haven't in 20 years. I can't speak more highly of the care I got here.
Better customer service and audiologists here than you'll get at Audika. Fitted me with demant hearing aids for half the price. I'm a happy customer!

Manager rude, called me a liar, I choose two pairs, at collection got one and she said that’s not true you only choose one. She lost 4 customers from my family. Never going back there.
Came here and wasn't sure what to expect, as I've had poor service from other audiologist companies before. Jason took his time to listen to me and fitted me with Demant hearing aids. I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Can't believe what I was missing out
I am really satisfied with the Specsavers. I recently got a new pair of glasses and the whole service from the first step, the booking of an appointment, to the last step, getting the glasses was excellent. I would highly recommend it. My new glasses have made a difference with my work.

Lady in white was horrendous and gave off the worst attitude. Every question we ask was simply neglected and shut off before we could say anything. We spoke calmly and you showed us no respect. Get yourself priorities right and show value to your customers it's not that hard. Other local specsavers we've been too have been lovely but this lady is something else man.
A promised 20 min appointment turned into a 2.5 hr appointment (and no, I'm not exaggerating). Passed from staff member to staff member without any explanation of what was happening. When we got to see an optometrist, she seemed very uncertain of her job, and had to consult with another optometrist (without explaining why). Very little allowance for a disabled person in a wheelchair. One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had.
My dad is currently unable to see despite regular eye checks at specsavers. He kept insisting he couldn't see & maybe needed cataract surgery but was fobbed off & stalled every time. Meanwhile he's unable to see red from green lights & has had to stop driving & unable to even cycle (which he's done all his life) to see his wife in a care home. It's destroyed his quality of life completely. Yet they keep just trying to sell him new glasses & tell him to come back in 6mths. Went to an eye specialist in desperation who's booked him in for immediate cataract surgery & said he should've come in much sooner. Thanks specsavers!
