The first pair of glasses I got didn't work for me and what I needed them for, they offered a full refund as the person seeing me thought their was nothing else they could do. (Which I was fine with)

She later spoke to her co-worker about it and it turns out the co-worker did know of one more lens they could try for me! I'm now waiting for the glasses and I'm really relaxed about it knowing that if this pair also don't work out I can get a full refund.

Convenient location, friendly staff and a wide selection of frames. Took only a few days to get a new pair of sunnies and a pair of reading glasses. Not too pricey. Easy to use app to book. Would recommend.

Efficient and friendly staff. Both my husband and I were delighted with the service. I didn't need spectacles, but my husband did. We just picked them up and he is enraptured with them.

Specsaver armadale have amazing and very informative staff who made every satisfying effort to make sure I was looked after, understood my eye examinations and understood the procedures and instructions throughout the whole experience. The bonus was i only waited a few days to get my new set of presciotion glasses whixh is a huge bonus. Very happy customer, I would highly recommend specsavers armadale.

Specsavers Armadale fitted me with my latest pair of glasses. All aspects of the staff in the store are absolutely outstanding, professional, skilful l and very friendly. I've been their client for well over a decade and wouldn't go anywhere else. Why change a winning team?

Went to pick up my multifocals, had been made wrong. Had to keep looking down, the young lady attending to me noticed and double checked the transition should be where it's supposed to be it was not. She straight away said not good enough and she will get them remade, mentioned my old carbon fibre frames and wished they still made them, she looked them up still available and changed my order to those frames.
Went to pick up glasses not made right but due to the lady I dealt with was still a good experience. Staff very much worth keeping

Poor customer service
Called to ask a question about my contacts order and was hung up on mid question, I understand they are a busy store but I shouldn't be made to feel like I am wasting there time with a simple question
Ended up Calling laubman and Pank to supply me with emergency contact lenses and they went above and beyond to help me out.
Will not be ordering from spec savers Armadale again

I brought 2 pairs off glass here best customer service I have had in a long time glasses where great would recommend to anyone looking to get a new pair off glasses

Accidentally sat on my glasses. Snapped an arm off the frame and bent them. They repaired them for free. Very happy with this stores service

Very helpful and knowledgeable in everything they have offer. Two lady staff went beyond duties help me

Not happy at all, after pick up my glasses they are 9mm thickness look so disgusting. Got told they can not do any thinner and the lady who served me is not friendly (only her not everyone in there, just want to get it right). I just wasted my money and I’m sure, I’m not using their glasses. See and compare with my old glasses: (

The staff were friendly & understanding, even finding out where the store at Belmont Forum was listed under, as my information wasn’t coming up in searches.

Took my grandmother here for her eyes checked. Very professional and caring. All the staff are lovely and can't help enough. I too am a customer of theirs and have referred many family members to go here. My father inlaw also had his hearing aids thru these guys after another company wanted to charge him 5k for the same ones he got for free under the government scheme for aged pensioners. Would recommend for anyone of age but expecially seniors with eye and hearing problems.
