Specialized Towing & Tilt Tray

Jay picked up my shipping container and dropped it off perfectly. Despite having a sandy access track he was still able to work out a plan and put the container right where I hoped he could. An easy person to talk to and nothing was too much bother.
Organising the pick-up with Adam was also very easy. I would definitely recommend the company.

I was involved in a accident on the freeway they seemed lovely towed my car to their O’conner yard said everything will be covered for from the other party’s insurance. They then held my car hostage for 2 months i called every single day for them to tell me my insurance company hadn’t paid the bill even though they had finally got my car back yesterday to find that its been damaged in their yard they have reversed a tilt tray into the side of my car now its got more damage then it had upon arrival my fiancé went up to the man that was in the yard to ask what has happened to be told ohh sorry mate I can’t tell you.

I stupidly let my car run empty on fuel and my karma was breaking down in the centre lane of the tunnel during peak hour … not my finest moment. Within barely 15 seconds of panicking and not knowing where to start to get myself out of this serious dangerous situation the lovely Steph happened to be driving past and immediately came to my rescue. Steph was so calm and explained everything that she would need to do to get me out of there. Within minutes my car was loaded up and ready to go. Not only did Steph tow me out of my tunnel of doom for FREE she also took me to nearest fuel station so I was able to get back on the road as soon as possible. No words can thank Steph enough. I recommend Steph and her team so highly and with out a doubt will be contacting her and her team if I am ever need!

Awful! I came in to try and claim my car back, and they kicked my puppy and spat in my mothers face, absolutely shameful and disgusting! Give me back my bloody car you scammers! Do not recommend

Worst experience with this company. Approached me right after the accident and lied about representing RAC. Tow truck driver even used emotional tactics to reassure me that my car will be fine and that it was a danger if I continued to drive it. Car damage was not bad and was safe to drive - by RAC Assessor. Indicated on the form for car to be towed to O'Connor and it ended up in Lansdale. They didn't inform RAC about this even when they called and it took 1 week before RAC could locate the car. They only informed RAC when I called them a few times. Even then they refused to move my car to the RAC repairer for 1 month. It was only when I hounded them for a response and coordinated with RAC that I managed to pull my car out. RAC shared there are many cars that have been stuck with this company for months. They even insisted on towing my car to the repairer's yard when I told them I would drive it myself (It was as though they had a right to my car). It was only when I asked RAC to intervene that they finally released MY car. Even then the admin/receptionist did not give me the right address for the car collection and I had to go to 2 different locations before I retrieved my car. I was just lucky that even as a foreigner here, RAC was very responsive and my bosses helped me along the way. But I can only imagine how stressful it could be for those who are older or aren't fluent in English. Don't trust them with your car and always contact your insurance provider for advice after an accident.

These people are the worst we have ever dealt with. They try their best to hold your car as long as possible. They don't answer calls, even if invoices are paid, they don't want to release the car.
Stay away with them at all cost.

Got into an accident on roe highway, these people towed my car, worst mistake I made took them nearly a month to release my car to the repair shop didn’t answer their phones half the time when me and my insurance kept calling always tried blaming my insurance for why they couldn’t tow my car! Next time I will straight out refuse their help

These guys are amazing. My car broke down on the side of the road, and these guys pulled up and offered to tow my car to a safe place off the freeway free of charge. Kris and Oli were super heroes, friendly and professional, couldn’t recommend them more.

I was in the car with a friend when they had an accident and they towed the car without even asking. They then wouldn't release the car for over A MONTH AND A HALF despite all invoices being paid. Absolute theifs and money hungry. Avoid at all costs!
