This is the email reply I got after their voicemail says we only respond to emails. NO PHONE CALLS
"This office is currently closed. Please contact your referring practitioner for an alternative specialist if you are requiring an appointment. "
Administration team for Dr Kate Morlet-Brown
Not very professional and they don’t respond back for an emergency we had with our daughter. The telephone line doesn’t work and you can’t leave a message or even talk to anyone to help. It feels like they just cannot be bothered with helping as other people who have tried to contact them without getting any help or assistance back. I would avoid this business and go somewhere else with better management
I’ve waited 8 months for a consultation with this surgeon. They rescheduled me 4 times. They have no contact to call and they don’t even give you the courtesy to speak with you over the phone, all communication is via email or SMS. I’m sick of waiting and taking my business elsewhere! (Not even worth 1 star but wouldn’t let me post without it)
An extremely awesome and pain free tooth extraction. Kate and her team make you feel at ease and completely comfortable during the consultation and procedure. The procedure was pain free and you can experience the exceptional expertise of Dr Kate and her team. A very good experience considering the thought of a tooth extraction is not appealing in any way. Thank you
