Wonderful customer service from Muftah, very helpful and on point about every question we asked so seems knowledgeable.

Purchased an extreme swim spa from these guys. Install was in a really tight spot, they did an awesome job getting the spa in. The spa has been a great addition to the house and I couldn't recommend these guys enough!

Extremely rude & defensive when simple questions are asked over troubleshooting and Warranty issues. Would not recommend dealing with this company. Not customer friendly after the sale is made. Yells and screams at customers over the phone before hanging up.

Your supply chain policy says refund if not received in 14 weeks. ETA is currently 18 weeks.

You are refusing to process a refund which is in-line with YOUR company policy.

Best choice we have ever made. We got our spa from spas direct Kenwick about 4 years ago, Muftah has been very helpful and well knowledgeable about the product, provided us full details and best deal. Delivery was very smooth and aftersale service has always been so great. I highly recommend them and will be getting my swim spa from them in the near future as well

Very disappointed with Spas Direct Perths after purchase service, they don’t back up their warranty obligations. I have been waiting months for a replacement pump, still to be told it’s coming on a shipping container, yet they cannot give an expected date of arrival. My spa was less than 18 months old went I first contacted them. I found it very difficult finding a spa technician or electrician to even diagnose the problem as no one wants to touch their spas due to bad experiences. Their technicians that they advertise that they have all over Australia won’t even come out to diagnose the problem. Their communication is also very poor, not returning calls or text messages. I regret buying from them, as I believed all their marking promises, and now I have a $13000 spa I cannot use!

We bought our Swim Spa through Spas Direct and I cannot recommend them highly enough! Great product, excellent service and good value for money! Nothing beats relaxing in the swim spa at the end of the day

I have had my Spa Direct spa for 2 years and never had a issue with it.
Great customer service, the spas are high quality and extremely well priced.

Avoid this place at all costs. No after sales help. Competitor company was more then helpful to help while this place wasn't.
The only time they will put any effort into communication is if they are chasing money or closing a sale.

Very poor quality spas, no after sales service.and the staff are just rude and dont care once they get ther money.our spa had problems since day dat and nearly 12 months later im still fighting with them to get it fixed. And now its going to turn into a court case.stay away from these people

Bought a Polar Deluxe just before Xmas. Muftah from the Kenwick store was fabulous, very professional & helpful, he even helped deliver my spa as it needed to be lifted over our fence & dropped through a tight space between our house & patio. All went very well. Have been using the spa since and absolutely loving it.

One of those pesky companies that get your personal details from 'somewhere' and spams your mobile number with text messages from a 1300 number so you can't even block them or reply to tell them to STOP or sod off.

Love my Bali spa 3, had it for about 4 years. Use it all year round such a great unit! Excellent service both pre and post sale from Muftah. Highly recommended!

After a long wait due to the virus I received my spa. Could not be happy with the product so far.

Muftah was extremely helpful and personally made sure that our Spa was delivered safely to our Carrier on time. Our Spa was easy to install and works perfectly. We are very happy with our Spa, the price and the unexpected extras. Plus Muftah has followed up and answered questions we had. We would highly recommend purchasing from Muftah.
