I have a 2010 BMW X3 which I bought with a few warning light issues. I was very impressed with their diagnosis and resolution, and honesty! Also, a few months later, I had another couple of warning lights come on just before setting off up north on a camping trip, and even though they were very busy & fully booked, they were sympathetic and got us on the road for the trip. I live in WA around the corner from this auto shop and am dissappointed in the level of service, availability, and work performance in regards to my landie however I also have to say it seems in line with other autoshops in Perth because they don't seem very comfortable dealing with a woman.

The standout for this shop was putting a very large decal on my back window to advertise themselves without any discussion with me or seeking my permission in anyway - the decal also suggests I'm involved in some kind of membership with them which is news to me.

This is a new level of disrespect for me so I will be taking my business elsewhere.and yes left a review for a business in QLD the same day because I was recently there.

The fact that the business reply below indicates they do not have any record of my name or know who I am is further testimony of the kind of lack of respect or acknowledgment I receive as an independent foreign woman in Perth because although the ownership and responsibility of the vehicle is mine, I'm sure they've recorded the name of my Australian male partner instead of mine.

Very knowledgeable regarding BMW’s I would recommend as they will go above and beyond to sort any issue.

Very happy with this place. Communication is excellent, pricing is transparent. They know what they are doing, they keep you updated and explain to detail what's wrong and what has been / has to be done. Definitely would recommend.

Highly reccommended. I broke down in Birdsville. Despite never doing any business with me, I live in Perth, Ash at Sovereign went out of his way to try and diagnose the problem and get me back on the road. No luck with this so most likely I'd bent something, which later proved to be the case. Car was transported to them for repairs (cost covered by my roadside assistance package than goodness) instead of me driving it back to Perth via the Simpson Desert. Anthony got their team onto fixing it quickly despite having a full schedule of jobs and they dealt with the odd complication or two that arose in a professional, effective and friendly fashion. I'd happily use them for all work on my vehicle bif I lived in Adelaide.

Bespoke customer service from a bunch of guys who love what they do. In the 22 years I've had my vehicles taken there I've had no-nonsense approach and heartfelt service.

They have serviced our cars for years and we are very happy for the services we have received. They know Europeans cars well and are always friendly and professional.

I've been taking my new Subaru and old Audi to Sovereign for years and have always had an excellent experience. They are always flexible with pick up and drop off times, have a courtesy car if I need it and I know that I can trust the work that they do and their advice on what needs doing. I was worried that there might be problems with taking my new Subaru there instead of the dealer as it might void my new car warranty but there were no problems at all with this. Very happy with the experience overall and would definitely recommend them.
