I’m never going back to this dealership, they do not care about there customers at all, you try calling them multiple times they don’t answer, you ask them questions and they don’t help you

After receiving a logbook and air conditioning service, including a regas at Southside Mitsubishi, I found the air conditioning underperforming. A further inspection at Southside Mitsubishi hinted at a possible evaporator leak behind the dashboard. However, a second evaluation by another mechanic revealed no leak, and after merely topping up the gas, the air conditioning is now functioning excellently. I have decided to look elsewhere for future car services.

Recently purchased a $30000 4x4 triton. Salesman took us on their route which only got the car up to 60km/hr. Came back, agreed to buy, didn't haggle price or try and get a better deal, even purchased the $1800 upgraded warranty. We picked car up on sat morning after having to pay an extra $199 for them to spray glen 20 inside the cab as a "covid clean". We went to take it to Bunbury for a drive and as soon as it got up to 100km/hr the car started shaking violently. The car yard is now closed as its after midday, we couldn't continue our trip as planned instead we took the car into a tyre shop. They showed us the front tyres had every second tread block missing, apparently due to the shock absorbers being faulty. I thought this to be odd as I was standing next to my new car that still had southsides 110 point safety check sticker proudly displayed on the windscreen! $3500 later within hours of picking the car up! I contacted the warranty guy and he said it wasn't covered under the $1800 extra warranty I had purchased but he thought the sales team might come to the party because it had just been inspected. I waited for a phone call from sales which didn't come so after waiting a week I contacted them again. They asked if they could seen the tyres so I drove back to the tyre shop and took photos of them. Then I recieved a call saying the service manager didn't think it was their fault because their technicians are only trained to look at tread depth not poor wear or delaminated or faulty tyres and because there was over 5mm of tread then it's a pass. Then the used car manager said it wasn't his fault because he goes off what the service manager says. Can you believe that, now I didn't expect the world just perhaps two front tyres as a token but NOTHING! They wiped me like a dirty kitchen bench! It's obvious that a pathetic middle aged man whos reached the dizzying heights of a "used car manager" is more interested in KPI's of profit over customer service. Silly thing is I told the salesman at the time of purchase I needed another 4x4 of similar model asap for my company and my wife is due for a new car within two months. BTW she has just purchased her new golf R from another dealer! We would highly recommend never going to southside mitsubish, in fact run as fast as you can from these peanuts!

Hi I took my car in for a service last week and tell you what when I got my car it felt like it was slow on acceleration until I got it serviced on the 10/11/22 Lachlan and the service team took care of my car and now she runs like a beauty

These guys are fantastic. Picked my beautiful car up 2weeks ago, they made the whole process simple and pleasant.
Called them this morning in a major rush with a super busy day to get a tyre repaired and they rushed my car in and fixed the tyre quickly so I could proceed with my busy day.
Can't thank you guys enough!

The worst dealership in WA ever!
I highly recommend that anyone else please read the reviews prior to your car service.
Avoid visiting with their poor customer service and poor car service!

The customer service is the worst!
The Assistant Service Manager, L, he did not even call me in my name!
Also, emailed me with the invoice without name and title again! Which is super rude.
He has discrimination in doing customers service.
Also, two weeks ago I went there for the 1st service, but then on that day he told me that he could not find a right person to do my car, then booked me in two weeks later, but didn’t mention the time, so I texted him again to confirm the time.
Tuesday morning, I called him before I head to there to confirm that my booking, again, he did not call me in my name, with just no name to be called!
Also, in order to reach there, I had to drive 30 minutes at least, I indicated that I do not wish to waste my time again like two weeks ago, spent couple hours over there but without doing the car service!

I would not expect that spending a large amount of money for a new car with it occurring the gear problem, also, I would not expect that paying extra for the tint windows with it peeling off.

Also, I would not expect that they told me that the gear was in normal functions while it was actually hearing the noise all the time.
I would not expect that my car to be washed and left the chip in front of my car and the scratch from the mirror.

I would not expect that the service manager responded with the reason was that I was not pay for the 1 st service, because it was complimentary service. Therefore they allowed it’s rough job to their customers!?
The owner or the in charge of this dealership might better make sure their staffs do they job properly and professionally.
Also,
There’s no one get back to me to fix my car.
Avoid having car service in such place.

We recently brought a Mitsubishi Pajero Sport from SouthSide Mitsubishi. Simon, was the person who helped us with the process throughout. He is super helpful, professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend Simon and the car dealership. Very grateful and thankful for Simon for taking care of us throughout with our new vehicle.

DO NOT RECOMMEN! Was quoted $1600 for a compression test -yes a compression test & it was going to take them 2 days ‍️ These test take 1 hour at most. Luckily for myself I have friends & family in the field & asked them as I felt something was off, they all said that the quote from Russel was super extreme & it should only cost $130-$150 for a petrol engine, clearly trying to scam me as I just spent 2k in the place a week prior! I went to Southside Mitsubishi hoping for a genuine job as I just brought a Triton & was wanting to stick to the brand. Long story short definitely quote around because people like Russel are out there & trust you’re gut if something feels off!

Worst dealership for servicing your vehicle. Do not take your car for servicing here, they excessively overcharge and when I brought a problem to there attention which I knew exactly needed, they told me it's different and charged me excessively. They also lied by telling me they submitted a warranty claim twice but was denied to find out from manufacturer this was incorrect. And another service found some of items from service were not even done. And when I picked it up and asked twice if it had been fixed and tested and assured it correct. Tested myself and was not repaired, released without proper work done and lied too. Paid $580 for unnecessary work and then told following day the specific part I said I believe is wrong needed replacing. They wanted another $800 for it and trying to avoid covering under warranty. They released a car that was not fixed contrary to statements, refused to accept any responsibility for not doing due diligence when not finding the error I specifically identified and refused any concessions on costs. They even wanted to charge another $180 for looking at their mistake to recheck and put it back together. Absolutely rip off, dodgy as, not to be trusted and in process of lodging complaints with relevant agencies.

I recently purchased a vehicle here. Whilst our salesperson was lovely the experience wasn’t of a high standard.the salesperson was new and made some errors in quoting me an accessory which I really wanted on my vehicle. I had asked for an extra accessory for the canopy I had ordered and was called to say they misquoted me and the accessory would cost an extra 1000 dollars. The original quote was $167 - (a canopy vent) when the manager called me begrudgingly at my request I was told I was ‘ lucky that I wasn’t someone who had to wait for a vehicle like all of the other customers’ the manager was unapologetic and did nothing to fix the situation simply stating ‘ we didn’t know the website well, we made a mistake’
Although I got the vehicle I wanted quickly I had to cancel the accessory that I needed for my business needs.
Customer service by the sales manager needs attention. There is no effort or consideration to fix mistakes or show any accountability in a contracted quote which was wrong. My father however bought a car at the same dealership and was happy with the service.

I bought my new car in 2020 and it came with 3 years capped priced servicing, when I bought the car I explained I drive a lot and would that still cover 3 years (the sales guy said yes) I drove 30 minutes there this morning for 7: 30am, to be told my service would be $570, for a car that is less then 3 years old, the guy explained that the capped price service was for only 1 service a year (which was never explained to myself upon purchase) but when the car itself hits a certain amount of kms it tells you it needs a service (when I got my first service there) the lady said if I don’t go in to service it when that happens my warranty will be void, so basically, they’ll do everything they car to make you service it as much as possible, so you don’t get you capped price service and then try to change a ridiculous amount to service that car!
I honestly hated going in everytime because I could never just hand the keys over and be on my way, I always got the sales pitch of (for just an extra $$$ we can do this on your car) which they always highly recommended!
I’m glad to see the end of them and start taking my car elsewhere!

I hardly write reviews, but Simon Lopez (Finance professional) and Hiro (Salesman’s) at SouthSide Mitsubishi, When buying a new Pajero Sport Simon play a vital and excellent role to making this possible and keep on going smooth delivery of a car. On the other hand – Hiro give a great deal and give outstanding feedback as the car got closer to delivery and do correspondence after the delivery of a car. Couldn't have got better service than South Side, thanks guys!:) I highly recommend them.

I was very happy with the help of Simon and Hiro at South Side Mitsubishi when buying my new car. Simon from finance was extremely helpful, answering all my questions and providing me with the best price that suited me.
Hiro was a great salesman's, keeping me updated as the car got closer to delivery and answering any queries.

Experience with Mitsubishi Cannington was really good and more than my expectations. The staff there is really friendly and helping. Got my favourite car within one day. All Thanks to Dylan and Simon who assisted with everything and made sure i leave the showroom with my new car.
