Lousy attitude for a problem that I had with my Sprinter. No consideration for my situation no care at all.

Went to look at a pre owned car that was not even a Mercedes. The staff member was very welcoming and even offered us a drink before we started to look at the car. Explained evreything about the car and its history. Served us with a smile and was very friendly. We ended up buying the car we saw and the staff did evryething they could from negotiating a good price to fixing some scratches and paint of the car. Overall we were very satisfied with how the experience was and the way they looked after us. Would highly recommend them especially for the out standing customer service.

Every few service intervals we take our car to a dealership for a service and this time we pleasantly suprised at the basic service price being a lot cheaper than in the city. Caitlyn at the service counter was very helpful - watching her deal with some of the more absent minded customers calmly and professionally she is definitely deserving of a raise

Seamless service from start to finish. The guys at Mercedes Mandurah were extremely helpful. If you looking to buy or trade in Jan is the guy to see absolute legend with his service.

However after sales service is questionable, as we have been trying to get some issues sorted which has been futile. Guess after sale you are no longer a priority to them. Out of sight, out of mind.

I have bought the C200 online (unseen, no test drive), therefore very reliant on the information i was given by Jan.
The whole purchase transaction was flawless and i always received timely responses.
When collecting the car i received VIP treatment - no effort was spared by the Mercedes-Benz Dealership to make it special.
The car was exactly what i expected and in the condition explained to me by Jan.
