Well presented accessible medical premises with ample parking and pleasant environs. Reception staff are courteous, although they need to pay more attention to client details, so as not to cause embarrassment at checkout. The medical staff is professional and prompt; more importantly, the doctor I have seen is very professional and empathetic. He is attentive and followed up with the right tests and referrals. The wait time was reasonable.

Staff always professional and helpful. Doctor Paul clarifies questions very well. A terrific medical centre.

Professional and friendly support staff and doctors, who are always thorough and willing to listen. We are very lucky to have such a service available to us.

Cancelled appt just three hours before the appt (not early in the morning) - and then don't give you another appointment for four weeks time.

As a young woman, I would recommend against. Lucky I'd been to other doctors in regards to my query as the 2 doctors I visited here were uninformative and unhelpful.

First time visit to Southern Forests, and Dr Aaron Chiw. Lovely space, and very happy with the Service from the girls on Reception and Dr Chiw. I hope and pray that I don't get to know them @TOO well!

Fast, professional, courteous - this was our first visit to see Dr Paul. Everyone from reception was very helpful to the check over. Will return.

My interactions with all SFMC medical and adminstration staff have been positive. The practice and infrastructure is modern and pleasing and having the pathology collection onsite is an added bonus.

My Doctor is thorough and takes time to explain in detail my medical issues and the available treatments.

Finding reminder letters good, in preparation before for tests etc Doctors appointment plus text message day before finding to be professional, add staff are always friendly on day of appointment
