Probably the most unethical and / or incompetent organisations I have ever dealt with. For a not for profit entity they are certainly focussed on extracting as much money as possible from elderly people.
After my mother moved out of her lease for life villa we were given a quote for refurbishing that included items that were already included in the monthly service fee or didn’t even exist. When challenged these were removed and they were added in error was the excuse.
There were other charges they tried to levy that were never entitled to and these were submitted to the consumer affairs. They then removed these as well according to them as an act of good faith when the fact was they had not right to charge for them.
Their understanding of the laws and agreements were either very poor or they simply decided to ignore both the law and their own residency agreement.
All in all a very unpleasant experience dealing with them.

Watse supplier time by asking samples and quotes and never given the business or sales.our sales team hardwork was not recognised and we spoke to few supplier and they are very furious too.

I'm sure Serko mindsets will look after the aged as best they can. Not aligned to my beliefs
