Plus a great place to look around.

Shop was very well stocked.
Plenty of items to choose from, for my fur baby at a reasonable price.

I only gave 3 would of given more if staff were bit more helpful. Quite a few junior staff they just stand behind counter say very little! I went on a Saturday.
Items especially dog treats should be priced correctly.
Otherwise ok shopping experience.

PetStock is much better in regards to staff friendliness, and knowledge.

I got my budgie Chip Chip from here four years ago, he was a baby and I managed to tame him within a week, was very healthy and friendly not a single illness which is rare with birds from pet shops. But unfortunately Chip Chip flew away a few months ago.

Very friendly staff, two well mannered weiros that I wish I could cuddle forever. The birds here are so beautiful and one of the budgies I saw here the other day was dancing and chirping away! Also the only place I've ever seen sell club budgies.

Love the place and if I could I would work there just to keep all the birds company. Amazing place, will always have my full support and recommendations.

I have found all the staff at South West Pets to be very helpful, friendly & knowledgeable when we inherited some guinea pigs & needed to learn about what we would need. Highly recommend them.

Terrible experience. I drove in for some pet supplies and saw these 3 georgeus labrador retriever pups, i asked the manager how much and she told me $1,200. I had been saving up for a lab pup for forever so this was perfect and i was immediately in love with this beautiful girl. A team member brought her inside for me and helped pick out things i need ect. However when i got home to my absolute SHOCK over $4,200 was gone from my account! I went back the next day as i thought she made a mistake. "Nope" manager said "i had heard wrong". I did not have the heart to give her back, i was already in love with her.
They said she was a pure breed lab they bought from a lady, and I didn't even get given papers!
Absolutely shocking to lie about how much their puppies cost and for that price to not even give purebreed papers. Never been back there since!

Fantastic range and brilliant service, gone are the days of trying to lug a 20kg bag of feed out to the car, the staff don't hesitate to help. Would always go to South West Pets first over other stores in the area.

A wide variety of products at great prices. Wonderful friendly staff willing to help you too. Easy access and parking right outside. If you can't make it instore and you live locally, they offer a free home delivery service. Can't get better than that.

Will NOT honour advertised prices and VERY unprofessional! They charge more than the advertised price and when questioned, the manager became argumentative and to our disbelief, started personal attacks on us, saying we do not work as many hours as he does. He informed us he was about to 'go out of business' and had decided to increase the advertised price by $120.00

I was like a child at a candy store in here. I got to scritch a bird, look at snakes, fish, guinea pigs, stick insects and more birds. Absolutely awesome place for animal lovers!
