Signed up with the agency in 2022 and have not received a single assignment. I have 15 years experience in admin, they do not contact at all.

Great opportunities through this group. Amazing staff who take in your interests, genuinely care about you as a person and your safety in the workplace. Highly recommend to go through them if you're on the lookout for work.

I have had many workplace assignments through Southwest Personnel over the last 15 years and have found them to be consistently professional, reliable, friendly and helpful. I have used various other recruitment agencies in the area and Southwest Personnel is the only one who I have found to deliver consistently, and is now the only agency I ever use. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking to find work in the South West.

I had a very negative experience from my first phone call to my registration interview. Jarrod Pround was very patronising and negative i am 51years old. I have worked hard and very reliable all my life with excellent referees, i also have a trade and large experience and skill set but i was treated as a has been. Ive had alot better experience with another agency. Just recently had a full medical and strenuous physical which i passed with flying colours for a physical and skilled job i start soon. Jarrad proud at south west personnel seemed to put his personality infront of his professionalism. Seems to me a very young man with no life skills making uneducated decissions. I left from my registration interview very disappointed and knowing i will never be put forward for any position. A total waist of my time and was treated with absolutely no respect.

Treated me with no respect. Any thing a said or asked seemed to be annoying. Gave me the impression there are no jobs in Bunbury. Her final words were 'don't hold your breath'

Local recruitment is better than a national recruitment. Stay loyal to this company. Ladies are wonderful and helpful. Dont know how long I'm going to be here for. But Fifo coming up to venture my job opportunity.

Cheers
