Amazing service, we were very well looked after for our daughter's wedding, the cars arrived on time and also collected us late after the wedding and ensured we all got home safely. Rebekah answers all texts, calls and emails quickly. We will definitely use this service in the future

Service was on time and with a smile.
We booked SWLT for a few winery visits and the Mercedes Vito was perfect. Private, smooth, good music! We will use again and have already told a few peeps who to use next time they are south.

Extremely poor customer service. Was quoted $400 in writing in Jan 2022 and when I followed up for confirmation was then told the cost had gone up to $600. Refused to honour the quoted price so given it was a long weekend we agreed on paying $500. At 11pm the night before our booking, an email was sent cancelling our booking. Then I received a phone call the following morning to say the booking was still on. On the day of our booking, a phone call was received less than 5 minutes after we arrived home demanding full payment and asking that we also pay an extra $75 cash to the driver as we got home a little later than planned. Even though the driver explained he had time to make it to his next job. Full payment was made on the day however this company is extremely unprofessional and would never use them again.

I was extremely disappointed by the customer service provided by the owner of this business. We had booked back in January and were quoted $400 for this servIce. The booking confirmation was followed up less than a week out to our trip, in which we were then told we had to pay $600. A $200 difference which was quite substantial.

We agreed with the owner that the total payment would be $500. The night before we were due to use the service, we received an email at 11pm that they had cancelled our booking. We then received a call the next morning to say that the service was still on.

Upon arriving home, we received a phone call demanding that we pay an additional $75 in cash to the driver as we arrived home slightly later than planned, even though we checked with the driver and he advised it was ok and he did not start his next job until a later time. Our total cost in which we have paid on full came to $575.00.

We are all professional women and close friends who only get the chance to catch up together once a year which is very special to us. The additional stress that this added to our weekend was very disappointing.

I have planned numerous transport for personal occasions as well as for work functions and have never experienced service like this before.

The only positive was that the drivers were very nice throughout the day, but our experience with the owner was disappointing and we will not use this service in the future.

I first used South West Luxury Transport at the end of 2020, and again in March 2021. On both occasions, they made every part of their service easy to use. Coupled with being super flexible, friendly and professional on picking up and delivery of our girl gang to various luncheon, gin tasting events! They really did go above and beyond in giving our group various options when being picked up, and were so good with last minute time constraints that happened on the day.
