Bus reeks of the toilet.
And I'm 4 seats away from the front of the bus, I can't imagine what it's like towards the back.
Work on better hygiene or a better filtration system it genuinely smells like it's coming out of the AC.

The angry driver who drove From T3 at 19: 15 on 4/Jan/2024 towards Bunbury got aggressive when I told him not to let people jump the queue. His immediate response was that he wouldn’t let me in the bus. He claimed to be the manager of the business- when I asked for a refund he said he wouldn’t give me - and that’s beside his aggressive driving. If this is the boss of the company, would you expect your family to be safe in their busses? (Take a trip with a competitor instead)

12/9/23 got the service from Cockburn to BSN. Upon entering the bus it was a "hot box" a/c not working! Due to the a/c not working the bus stinks! 3hrs no a/c is not acceptable and this bus should have been swapped out!

7/4/23 I also used this service were I had to cancel my ticket due to bus maintenance issues. Which led to myself finding another way to get to perth so I didn't miss my flight!

The common ground here is the lack of maintenance and up keep of your bus's to maintain a high standard that you claim. Also the lack of communication when buses arnt up to scratch or are late.

Usally on time and if you are coming from the airport and your flight is delayed i have never had a issue hoping on the next bus with out the need to re book

My return trip from Busselton to Terminal 1, Perth Airport, was very comfortable and on time. The driver was extremely helpful and friendly. I will use this service again. Thank you.

Had always been on time and never had any issues. Missed the bus once and booked a ticket for the next one and driver actually said that I didn't had to and could have travelled on the ticket for the bus I missed.

Bus today from Margaret river to Eaton. The first bus from margs to Busselton was a terribly small bus with almost no leg room for anyone who is taller than 5ft. There was no undercarriage for luggage so if there was more than 2 bags from passengers they would of been on top of each other and not secure. The bus looked and felt old with the worn seats and the crackling radio and the squeaky brakes. To the drivers advantage however he was lovely and early! Which takes me to the bus from Busselton to Eaton. Very late leaving all passengers sitting/standing on the foot path in the freezing cold. When we did finally get on the bus it literally smelt like urine and was disgusting. I will never be travelling with swcl again and I don’t think many of the other passengers will either

I use this service regularly, HOWEVER the mobile booking & website has continuously had glitches when booking a seat prior to the bus even coming close to the desired pick up spot. It a says “webleadtime X” meaning it’s unavailable. And I attempt to book hours prior.
This has happened 3 times now. And 2 times in a row.
After hours doesn’t answer the phone.
And a certain lady in reception / admin is quite rude and unprofessional. For a seasoned adult I would expect better interpersonal skills. I could drop a name but will resist out of dignity.

I sincerely hope upper management see this review and take action regarding the online front, as the online reliability is starting to look pathetic. Check the trend on the other reviews and phone calls by others.

On a good note, kind drivers and business assets in good condition considering the traffic numbers using this service.

Waited for the 7: 05am bus from Dunsborough and it never arrived - they wouldn't answer the phones either. I would have missed a flight if I couldn't get someone to drive me last minute. Highly recommend against relying on these guys.

This is a great service operating between Busselton and Perth. The seats are comfortable, the drivers are professional and efficient. For me to get from Bumbury to the airport for $40 makes it not worth driving my car.

Website doesn't work on mobile had to go to a laptop to book tickets. Driver was friendly and felt safe with his driving.

The buses are always clean and tidy but I had the worst experience today with the coachline. I bought a ticket online and received the confirmation email with my ticket. Got on and the bus driver did the normal check and let me on the bus, switched buses in Busselton and the lady who drove the bus said I’m not on the list and I’ve been canceled I showed my email and the ticket that said paid full-thank you! Still gave me the feeling like I’m travelling without the ticket and wasn’t very friendly to me, I’m still thankful she let me on the bus, but probably the last time I’m buying a ticket. Very disappointed I have been paid but get treated like this.

I have never witnessed a more pathetic public transport company in my entire life.

Do yourselves a favor and don’t bother buying a ticket. For the price they charge they are an absolute rip off and for a public service even as a private company, have no regard for people wellbeing.

Highly do not recommend

These bus' are very convenient and comfortable. A couple of times I've had to change pick up times or terminals and they've been very helpful over the phone making the changes.

Had to take the 8.40am service from Cockburn to Busselton, and was very happy with the whole journey. The bus was spotlessly clean, arrived bang on time, and got to Busselton bang on time too. There were USB ports for charging my phone, and the reclining seats were great. Shame the seats were vinyl (wouldn't like to be in them on a 40 degree day), but that minor gripe aside, I was very impressed with my first bus journey in years.

I catch the 1.15am bus from Abbey every 2nd Wednesday and it's a great service.

The only downside is the new bus that they've recently acquired. It lets off a loud beep every time the luggage compartment opens and keeps beeping until it closes. I know this may seem small but at 2am with a loud beep sometimes lasting for minutes it's quite substantial.

Apart from that small inconvenience I can't fault the folks at the coachlines. Makes my life much simpler!

Needed to get to T1 terminal at Perth airport for FIFO and never realised they actually went to the airport but because all the other means of getting there weren't available because of lack of drivers or fully booked, put the word on Facebook I needed a ride and some very helpful people pointed me towards this company, even though it meant a little extra wait for my flight at least it gave me a chance to go through the covid screening process for the minesite access and sit down for lunch and relaxation. Price was a lot cheaper than the shuttle service buses as well which was a bonus
