South Street Pharmacy

This has happened to me twice now so it's not a fluke. Whilst the prices are wildly expensive, they are convenient to my house. But the past two times I have been in, I've been put to the back of the line ahead of what seem to be regulars.

Once, my script was put in well before another person's, and yet the pharmacist had a long conversation with that other person and gave them their script first, then today, I was standing at the counter with one item to buy, pharmacist approached, ignored me and then called out the name of another person and put through her sale. That lady very kindly apologised to me as we both knew how incredibly rude it was, all that pharmacist said was "I'm doing this first".

Unless you're one of the special few, don't bother going here for the customer service - and definitely not quick service.

Absolutely wonderful people. I have been going for years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. They can’t do enough for you and are so knowledgeable.

Awesome. All staff are friendly, kind, compassionate, knowledgeable and are proactive in their care of you and your condition (s). I recommend highly.

Friendly staff. I must say they are way over priced in all their products.

I went so South St Pharmacy today, I explained my health issue, which has been affecting me for at least 10 days. I had already since GP in another area twice and had no relieve. The staff at South St listened to my particular symptoms and underlying health issue, they suggested an over the counter tablet, took one and I feel better all ready

Very accommodating and knowledgeable. I even got a printout of my condition, contributing factors and self care
