The instructors here are a blessing for the community.
Some of them have been teaching here for 25 years, 3000 students per year.
First Nations, one of the first cultures in this planet, first astronomers to put in context, spreading their wisdom, passing their knowledge to others.
Younger generations, absorbing knowledge, to build a better future for them, their community.
How many families were blessed for the dedication of these instructors, coming from every land in this planet.
How can a person be achieve such hight in knowledge and dedication to share that with all of us.
Teaching trades that will help the students themselves, the community, the State, the Country?
Aren't more stars available for this place?
God Bless this place, these people!
Namaste!

Very biased and racist lecturers in early childhood education. She accused me of cheating and copying my classmates work when I dont even speak to them and basically had to change my entire assignment. Do yourself a favour and go study elsewhere its not worth it.

The administrative staff were very unfriendly and unhelpful when I assisted my friend with her enrollment. By contrast the staff at the Rockingham TAFE were outstanding when I enrolled my daughter the following day.

Do not book an electrical course here.

The “teacher” does not mark your course (4.5months and waiting) and does not reply to emails or phone calls. After complaining to the Tafe themselves I still have not heard a reply and left in limbo. The course, the teacher and the punctuality of the college are a disgrace.
If you’re planning on doing your contractors go with CET they are worth the wait!

Older campus but good school. Parking isn't too bad here unlike most other campuses. A very good choice for continuing your education.

Not enough parking, probably could use some lights to turn in, gets VERY busy by about 07: 50 trying to turn in to one entrance

Also antiquated machinery from the 80's that us apprentices are learning on, i think they need some more funding

If you sent an email, you will never get a response back and if they do replied, it is after one or two weeks. Ended up taking the course at another institute.

Attempted a course a couple years ago. Computer assembly and repair had no computers to pull apart and repair. One lecturer was so unprofessional that there was direct RACISM to students and THREATS to student financial income for standing up against it. Took it to head of department with multiple witnesses and nothing was done about it. Computer assembly and repair course actually had no computer assembly or repair in it. Just complex math. DO NOT RECOMMEND

The bumps are simply way too many for a short road stretch. Going to and fro over these on a daily basis is detrimental to one's back and hips. A big hole just after one of the bumps needs to be attended to.

The heavy automotive section of the college is in complete disrepair, it would appear the high fees that we pay basically 'disappear'. The college hasn't been renovated in what looks like 40 years and the equipment is about the same age, its 2021 and companies are looking to roll into full electric and hybridisation meanwhile we're working on equipment from last century, what a joke.

Got to say the college needs a good renovation but I did a course there with the lecture Peter codalonga (electrical contractor course) and I have to say I have never come to a course more motivated and happy than this and all because of him! He was very well knowledgeable with a great sense of humour and I could tell that everyone came to class happy even though the course was quite intense (at least for me). I’d give him 10/10 and 4/10 to the installations.

Trying to find stairs for the first time to access upper levels. Took a lap through and around block 2 to realise they were in another building.

The College is ok but the people smoking at the very front as you enter the place is quite disappointing. I thought there was no smoking on Government grounds.
They congregate at the entrance smoking and leering at people who have to walk past to enter. It's quite intimadating and some are lecturers.

Attended a rio Tinto information session here once was disgusted when the facilitator did a welcome to country. I really thought it was inappropriate to the situation.

It seems very common to hear from staff that “This is not my job, nothing I can do, go and see other departments, may be they can help you. ” And keep tossing you around. Sick and tired of this.
