Got an invoice today 29/09/2017 for a half day hospital stay for the wife on 16/10/2016! Apart from it taking these buffoons 11 months to send out an invoice they send us the invoice telling us we don't have to pay but we do have to forward to Medicare. On what possible basis do these halfwits think it's OK for patients to complete the clerical work of the Department of Health?
