17Alex was incredibly friendly and welcoming when I came into Soundlab! I came in just to have a listen and do some research on the Sonos Arc, Sonos sub and Play 1 sl as a wireless surround sound setup. Alex had the set up ready-to-go in minutes in a well thought out and impressive display. We watched a bit of the new Top Gun and then he let me play music from the latest album by Tool and was blown away by the performance by the sonos system. Alex was thorough with answering my questions about any system in store which was really comforting: honestly great service and I’ve worked in retail for more then 10 years so was really reassuring/good to see. Not pushy at all but just offered really good prices and if I was ready to buy and had the money at the time I wouldn’t of hesitated to make a purchase! Can’t recommend this store enough! 5 stars!

I was considering buying a Sonos speaker, after a visit to the Good Guys and Harvey Norman I decided I’d wait. Stopped into Soundlab out of curiosity and Alex not only had a FAR better price that the others, he provided an extremely thorough demonstration of the different units combined with unparalleled knowledge. He took the time to answer my questions and show me the finer points to make setup easy.

I received the best experience with Alex and his crew. Not only did they advise and sell me the right gear for my requirements, but they helped set it all up. I had some issues with products connected to the Sonos equipment that I did not buy from Sound Lab but they stepped in and helped me with all that and it made all the difference.
I could not recommend Sound Lab highly enough.

We included a multimedia upgrade in our home renovations and looked for a modern solution. We found a Sonos system was the best solution. Some suppliers would sell older generation products for a lesser cost. We settled on Soundlab for several reasons: They provided the latest technology, in-depth analysis of our requirements, full management of hardware and installation, transparent documentation of the entire process and commitment to customer support. Hane, Jason & Jarrod were most flexible, as there were various delays in the renovations, allowing installation to suit our needs. Soundlab will be my first part of call for any future sound and vision needs.
I recently purchased a Sonos Arc soundbar, Gen 3 subwoofer and a pair of surround speakers with Sonos amplifier for my new study from soundlab. Starting from qualified installer and the final tuned by Jason were excellent. I particularly like to listen to my favorite songs from Spotify and it sounds good and Dolby Atmos is also amazing for movies. Soundlab specialises in Sonos.
Soundlab Osborne Park have displayed the most appalling customer service experience in my life.
Their failure to take ownership of an issue that was their doing is possibly the most galling part of the experience.
Their failure to follow up, & complete lack of care is disgusting.
If you feel inclined, have a read of the email I sent to Jarrod & his team on 25-Feb-2020.
Funnily enough, I have not had an email response, or a courtesy call from Jarrod to discuss my concerns.
As far as they are concerned, by ignoring the problem, it will simply go away.
"The good news is that my Sonos System & CD / Turntable are now working as expected.
The bad news is that it had nothing to do with Sonos Osborne Park, your technician Jason or the alleged Sonos Help Desk.
From the outset, I am confident that Jason had nothing but the best intentions.
However, after numerous emails, texts & 2 visits to my home, nothing was resolved.
I was left in the hands of the Sonos Help Desk.
They were provided with a number of diagnostic reports, & I was told that my problem would be resolved by the escalation team.
I was assured that the escalation team would be in contact with me.
That was on the 14-Feb-2020, & I am still waiting on their response.
Jason seemed convinced that the problem lay with the amp.
He tried many things while at my place, including making some alterations to my Home Hub System.
I don’t know what the Home Hub does, but he was confident that the changes he made could help.
This was not the case, as there was no improvement in the CD / Turntable performance.
I don’t watch much free to air television.
The next time I did some days later, all of my free to air stations disappeared.
Foxtel did all of the checks from their end.
I was assured that there was a problem with my free to air signal, either at the external antenna, or at my TV point inside.
So, I had to get a technician call out to my home, at my expense.
They checked everything, & found that the changes made by Jason in the Home Hub caused the signal loss.
They corrected the problem in the Home Hub, & we have had no problems since.
We were left with the bill for their call out.
The CD / Turntable issue was resolved by another stereo specialist team, not affiliated with Sonos.
With one hour on site, they removed the Sonos Boost, re-set my system.
They tested it, & it has been trouble free since.
They did not charge me anything for their visit, or their time.
They clearly have a strong commitment to customer service, unlike Soundlab Osborne Park.
I don’t expect that my email would result in anything from you.
However, my experience with Sonos Osborne Park, & the Sonos Help Desk has been totally unacceptable.
You could imagine the response I would give if I was asked to complete a Sonos survey on customer service, or was asked to give a recommendation on your business".
I have just purchased a Beam, Playbase, Move and 3 Play1 speakers from Soundlab. The experience my wife and I had in dealing with Hane was first class, She was very patient with a couple of oldies and a few times had to explain how they could be best set up in a new apartment that is being built.
Just now they are in our house and we are loving the sound they produce. They were installed by Jarrod and he also was patient in showing us the operations.
Overall everything was excellent in dealing with them and I most certainly highly recommend purchasing from Soundlab in Osborne Park
Just bought a playbase and sub, Absolutely fantastic service from the team (Justin and Hana). Great advise and an even better after sales service. Highly recommend them. If you are thinking a Sonos system forget everyone else and come here.

The minute I walked into the Soundlab I had nothing but the best experience.
I only knew the basics of what Sonos does. The lab is an amazing place to see, and probably most importantly HEAR the fantastic technology of Sonos. The best thing for me, however, were the guys in there with their exceptional knowledge and incredible help. Not only can they explain technology in a way that even I understand (wink), but they also set it all up for me.
Prior to that I had been in touch over the phone. Already then, I received great help and advice from Jarrod, so I knew to bring my computer and external hard drive.
I learnt so much more not only about Sonos, but generally about the set up of sound systems and how my hard drive works.
When I went home, Jarrod from the sound lab spent a lengthy time on the phone with me, guiding me through setting up my remote control of TV to the new system. Mind you, the easiest in this procedure was setting up the Sonos system. It was literally plug&play, because it is straight forward, and because the guys from the lab had set it all up before hand.
I can highly recommend the Soundlab as a place to check out the Sonos system, and especially the people that work there. Such great, professional bunch of people, who are passionate about this great system.
We have bought several speakers and systems from Soundlab over the last 5 years. Each and every time the after sales service has been incredible and the knowledge second to none. Thanks guys!
Really cool showrooms are worth a visit to get ideas for setting up your home theatre and alfresco. Staff are awesome and knowledgeable. If you love your music, you gotta take a look.
Customer service is great. They specialize in Sonos systems and speaker integration.
You'll get better advice and a couple of free music services here.
Had a terrific experience here! Soundlab's SONOS Expert Matt Rodgers is incredibly helpful, understanding and very knowledgable. Have bought many products from him and will always come back. Have told all my friends and family about Soundlab. You will get so much more from your SONOS products shopping here vs.any other generic retailer.
