Awesome shopping experience for guys into serious car audio. Ken doesn’t push you to buy stuff or makes you feel down if you don’t know everything. Ken would guide you in the right direction for the sound you are after.

As soon as we stepped in, we were happily greeted by Ken and asked how my Mrs and I were today and how he can help.

I explained a few issues I had going on with the current set up, in a newly acquired second hand car.

Without even making a purchase, or trying to on sell (as most places do)
He had given me a couple possible solutions. Which had been very helpful. And I could have left being able to sort my existing setup out.

I ended upgrading my head unit none the less, as I missed having Apple carplay, and would like to get the most out of the system thats already installed.
There was No forceful sales technique, or pushing for me to buy the more expensive units etc.
I was given a detailed description of all my options and his suggestions for the type of car and music I listen too.

Booked in with their installer the next day, that comes to you, which Is an added bonus.

Approx 2 weeks ago, I had trouble with my Kenwood Bluetooth in my car. [Nothing worked].
I searched on the web for a local company that can electronically re-configure / re-boot the s/ware & sourced Sound Q Car Audio in Osborne Park. I spoke to Ken [a real gem! ]; & a few days later, went to their outlet & he fixed it all within 5-10 minutes. BRILLIANT! And.out of the kindness of Ken's heart, I was not charged! Now that is what I truly call "SERVICE" and with a smile and especially, in this day & age.

If you want the right unit for your car at the right price go see Ken at Sound Q. I searched everywhere for a Carplay unit for my son’s 2005 Corolla - when I found Ken he knew exactly what I needed, at the right price.and he had it in stock! Awesome service.

I was unable to source an MTX RT103DS locally, but found the product for sale at Sound Q Car Audio fully on the other side of our great country. I contacted them and found, to my joy, they were more than happy to ship the enormous loaded triple sub box to me in Brisbane. Thank you so much.

Very Proffessional outfit Ken and the installation boys do a great job. Had some front speakers installed they come to my house the job was done with care and perfection can not recommend highly enough if you are looking for stereo install or speakers these guys are the go.
