Soul Soothing Therapy

I had wanted to go to soul soothing therapy for over a year, and had chatted to Kim online a lot. My sister gifted me 15 sessions and we cocooned and used the salt cabin together. My pain levels have always been high, due to EDS and old injuries, and I was desperate for relief. Cocooning has been wonderful, so relaxing and the pain relief is almost immediate. The salt cabin helped my breathing so much and I am falling asleep straight away and sleeping soundly.
I also had 10 HI-EMT sessions which I loved. I can feel my stomach muscles again and it has reduced my lower back pain because my core is stronger.
The sessions have been everything I hoped they would be and more. I will be coming back and bringing my hubby. Plus I already miss seeing Kim and we’ve only just finished!

The Cocoon pods helped immensely in the rehabilitation of my knee after surgery. Kim and Brett are super nice, with the centre offering a friendly and relaxing environment. Highly recommend.

I had pulled a muscle in my neck and was in excruciating pain for days with nothing seeming to help. After one session I could finally feel my muscles relaxing a bit and after three sessions my pain is completely gone! I can get back to work without worry and am looking forward to future sessions.

The Wellness Hotel in Bangor NSW was the luckiest business when we secured the FIRST Cocoon Fitness Pod in the state of NSW. We have been so blessed to use this amazing innovation to provide so many benefits to our guests. I would highly recommend Kim and the team in regards to Sales and training, constant up to date new ideas on collaborations with the machine and product knowledge.
