Communication is pretty much non existent phone calls and emails are too late repled to.
My broker quit his job at the agency and I was never informed.
I never saw any proactive activity to achieve the sale of my business but they are take my money.

From the first time I emailed Matthew he was very fast to respond, even though we were on different time zones and sometimes I didn’t allow for that.
