SOS Office Equipment

I had to take the work printer to get fixed, the guys who helped me get it out of my car cause I couldn't lift it, were really nice and helpful, but the lady inside, I don't know if she had a bad day or things were not going her way etc but she made me feel like I shouldn't be there or it was a big hassle. I really hope she's ok.

Big thank you to the team at SOS Bunbury, our printer broke down on Friday on a very busy day, without a technician to send to the Resort, Leanne organised a technician to call us and direct us on how to resolve the issue.it took 15minutes and the problem was resolved.

I utilised SOS office Equipment to install a series of printers for our companies corporate needs in November of this year. The service we received was impeccable. Quintin was incredibly helpful, professional and solved all our problems promptly. As we are not the most tech savvy his knowledge and guidance were a life saver! I even called him on a Sunday morning and he was able to help me out in an instant. I highly recommend their services and we look forward to working with them in the future.

The lady assisting me over the phone name Leanne (Bunbury Branch) is argumentative and rude. Manager should be aware that you cannot treat clients like that

Really good guys to deal with.they have helped many of my clients with new copiers and they deliver on what they promise.

These people are snake oil salesmen. The promise everything and deliver nothing. Leased us a machine as new that was not. Customer service non existence.

I have found Quintin to be exceptionally knowledgeable and happy to assist at any time of the day or night. I have called Quintin at 3am before and he was only to happy to help. 5 Stars!

I can stongly reccomend SOS Office Equipment for anyone requiring printing solutions, After meeting with Amol and working out how much our cheap printer was actually costing us in toners, He sorted us out with a new Fuji Xerox and have since bought a second one for home. A genuine team that has the customers best interest at heart.
