Dr Sparrow has been my GP for many years. She is very compassionate and knowledgeable. She is very approachable.

Had to attend an employment related medical. Waited over an hour in the waiting room. Not good enough!

I have been seeing Dr sparrow for 10years and she is very professional and very polite I got really sick i saw her that day she called an ambulance that night if it wasn't for Dr sparrow i wouldn't be here today

First time visit here and pleasantly surprised. Very well organized with different areas of the building sectioned off for different types of medical. They also specialize in pre employment medicals and blood, drug, alcohol and urine testing.

The staff at Reception are great, as are the Nurse and our Doctor of many years, Dr Sparrow, who is a GP of exceptional excellence and ability. Her experience and knowledge of all things medical is outstanding. She is absolutely the kindest and most wonderful doctor and extremely dedicated to her work. This past year when my husband was hospitalised multiple times, it was such a comfort to have a GP who was so competent and well-informed providing the care and expertise he needed to recover his health. Like all her other patients, I cannot speak highly enough of Dr Sparrow as a Medical Practitioner.

Dr sparrow is one of the best empathetic and professional doctor I know. Having seen numerous different doctors and therapists over the years it is a relief go finally have found a doctor is not only highly intelligent and skilled at her work but also has the rare quality of actually listening to what u have ti say. I could not re commend her highly enough, you can be sure you will leave with sll your concerns addressed.

I have been following Dr Louise Sparrow (GP) from her past work clinic to SonicHealth at West Leederville. She has been my GP for over fifteen years. She is so understanding and has always made time for me and other patients. She never forgets about a patient's problems or issues, investigates further and sends follow up information or suggests combination of treatments with medicine and excercise. She has put me in touch with a meditation group specialising in my medical situation as well as Pilates that helps with pain management. She has many patients that go see her for managing their anxiety and depression as she is a very empathic person and builds a real connection with each individual often giving copies of helpful books, pamphlets and going out of her way to assist in getting referral and prompt appointments with specialists. I hope she stays as my GP as long as possible as I would be lost without her guidance and help. She has been here for me over the years and has been my lifeline throughout my health struggles. I find myself feeling calm and hopeful always knowing I can go to her any time of need.thank you doesn't seem like enough to express my gratitude and how you have (Dr Louise Sparrow) been able to help and guide me over the last few years. She always stays in touch and gets the nurse or office manager to follow up as she never forgets. She is a mother, is involved with her church and local community. She also loves animals and is an active supporter of environmental issues.
SonicHealrh plus in West Leederville has a good team of office staff, nurses and GPs. They have always been helpful and accommodating specifically during the pandemic. I have friends and family who I have referred them to your clinic and to Dr Louise Sparrow and they continue to see her as their GP. Thank you so so much for your hard work and sacrifice.

Dr Sparrow is the most compassionate and thorough doctor I have ever seen:) she is knowledgeable in every area and always goes above and beyond. Both my partner and I see her regularly and we think she is just the best.

For my booked in standard GP consult I had to sit and wait for over an hour after it’s scheduled time. For a private practice that’s not on.

If you are running that far behind, would be best to notify your patients.

All I could be told is that Dr Sparrow is running a little behind. Wouldn’t recommend booking in with her - an hour behind is far beyond a little.

Disregard the fake reviews. I've come to expect excellent service and have never been disappointed; the doctors take the time to understand the issues and analyse the root cause. Doctor Sparrow has saved my life with an early intervention into what could've been a life-threatening condition. I'm very busy, and I like the fact it's so convenient (the location's pretty good too).

I have used the Sonic Heath plus agency in West Perth for a number of years and want to place on record my appreciation of the service provided not only from my GP Dr. Louise Sparrow but also the reception and nursing staff. It is not just that I am bulk billed but more so that I receive a level of service that is competent, caring and, importantly thorough and one that gives me confidence that my health care is in the very best of hands.

I have only complete admiration and respect for all the practitioners, nurses, and admin staff at the Sonic HealthPlus West Perth. Dr Sparrow has been my GP for over a decade and the level of care she has shown me over this time has been first class and she is always so enlightened when it comes to new treatments. Dr Louise Sparrow is a warm and compassionate GP who has always treated me with respect and kindness. I have been a patient of Dr Sparrow’s for many years and she has always been approachable, friendly and respectful. She is great with kids.

Nice surgery with lots of parking at the rear of the building. I go here a lot. The doctors are great. I see Dr Louise Sparrow who is an amazing practitioner and seems to spend a generous amount of time with her patients which is a nice change from being rushed in and out.
