The worst experience of my life, I felt like a piece of cattle, the dismissive behaviour and poor communication between workers, i left in tears, NEVER GO HERE!

Avoid this place

Booked first appointment of the day thinking it would be quicker- I was wrong. Over 90 minutes later for a very basic medical. Saw nurse/doctor for under 5 minutes total. Not sure why it took so long considering first appointment. Lack of staff urgency.

Worst service ever. No customer service skills whatsoever. Was denied a medical appointment because I didn’t have my hard copy of drivers license, they wouldn’t accept a digital image on my phone that it was me but would be happy to accept the digital proof of vaccination for Covid-19. Complete and utterly useless service. Would avoid tis practice like the plague.

Alex was great as she had me sorted in next to know time with paper Wk an transaction at front desk, no sooner sat down an was called in by the tester an she was great also.

Go somewhere else for a medical if u can, stuffed me around from start to finish, posted referral to wrong address, limited info, only one receptionist was helpful to sort it out after four phone calls to other receptionists and then even 2 other doctors i saw elsewhere to get a clearance could not work out what the sonic doctor had written on the referral.has cost me a couple of swings so far.

Thank you Dr James Boyle for being compassionate and caring. You gave me some great advise and made me laugh when I was feeling pretty average. Being a great doctor is not just about providing medical advice but being approachable and relatable- you did all of this. Thank you.

Had a full medical here for work. Paperwork alot less complicated and from triage to the gp went smoothly and I wasnt waiting around too much. Ive been through dozens of these with my last one for Oguk 3 years ago and they have improved significantly. So thank you for making the experience uncomplicated.

I would steer well clear of this medical practice. At my second appointment, Dr Fraser Barrie made several determinations without any consult or communication from treating specialists which would have had quite a negative impact on my medical management and rehabilitation (post chest surgery and subsequent golden staph infection and paralyzed diagram). Dr Barrie acknowledged he had no correspondence or communication from any of specialists and after making a judgement on my overall condition asked what my injuries were. Whilst in consult a rehab provider joined us on conference call, Dr Barrie made snide quiet remarks in a childish attempt to undermine her behind her back. There is also content on wether a breach of privacy took place regarding release of my medical information to a third party. Suggest avoiding this practice and certainly Dr Barrie who I'm sure will remain perched on his ivory horse

Honestly, I could sit down and watch a turtle grow and die than having to wait ages to get a simple work medicals completed with these jokers. 'Slowest' is an under rated word for these people.

Shocking place, had to wait for weeks for result of a employment exam, doctor's sent me for scans that came back as zero, reception rude and unhelpfull, not impressed

Went for a pre-employment medical, staff were friendly and helpful. Took just as long as all my other previous medicals around Australia.

If not for the rude receptionist I probably would have given more stars. Lacks quality staff at the front desk. Would suggest retraining.

Had to do a blood test and see Dr for 2mins spent 6 mins with staff waited in reception 2.5 hours very unprofessional 1 star is way to many

The experience I have had with the doctor I have been seeing for several years now, has been excellent and it has been consistent over all of those years.

Been waiting over 2 hours for a booked appointment. Very slow. The most uncomfortable chairs I have ever sat on
