19What an absolute joke, came here for a medical took 20 mins then sat in the waiting room for over an hour waiting for thr Dr, patients who arrived after me went in before me, when I asked when I would be seen they said I was next then proceeded to see more people that came after me. People dont have all day to sit around in your clinic scheduling is a skill you can learn, it will improve your business greatly. It's pretty obvious thon that the only thing the business cares about is jamming in as many appointments as they can for maximum profit.
Not sure why they book appointments. They wont see u on time. Be prepared for a long wait before they see you. Not sure when these medical centres are going to start acting professionally.
My experience was far from satisfactory, and I wanted to bring some concerns to your attention. During my visit, I had to wait for an exceptionally long period of time, more than three hours. This extended wait time was both frustrating and uncomfortable. I understand that delays can occur in healthcare settings, but such a lengthy wait has left me with a negative impression of your clinic's efficiency and customer service.
Doctor acted unprofessionally, and I was then told to ‘settle down’ by the office team leader when I complained because she “was taking time out of her busy day” to discuss the matter with me.
I’d welcome the opportunity to discuss my experience with the practice manager or owner but of course, they weren’t available today.
Appointment was for 10am, left close to 1pm. Actual medical took about an hour, rest was waiting. Not the first time I've been there and waited longer than I should, but it will be the last.
Arrived 15minutes early for my 12: 30pm appointment. Didn’t get called until 1: 30pm and was finished until 3: 30pm for less than 30min medical. Absolute joke with no regards for anyone’s time and just a money hungry scheme of overbooked appointments.
Will be writing a company wide email informing the other 800 staff to never book with mob again.
2nd time being here and exact same experience. Book anywhere else.
Waiting time is terrible. I arrived 20 mi s before appointment, I did not see anyone until 55 mins
Poor customer services from reception and the other staffs. One of the worse time management I've seen. My appointment was at 7.40am and now it's 9.38am, I'm still waiting. I would rather travel to a much further location next time. So disappointing

Had a 9: 30 booking for a medical, sat in waiting room for an hour before I saw anyone, they are clearly taking on too many booking will travel further in future as to not waste half a day
Was booked for 12: 20 and it’s 1: 1pm and still waiting for my test to be done. They are overbooking clients and don’t care about time
Reception staff give zero fecks about time keeping or customer service - my appointment was 40 mins late, even thought it was scheduled first thing in the morning.
Nurse and Doctor were good, but it's really let down by reception staff.
40 minutes wait for a five minute drug swab, despite booking first morning slot available. Lots of staff in the corridors, but not taking any patients. No respect for people's time or urgency to get anything done. They live of corporate clients sending people to them, so no need for customer service.
I've done a lot of worksite medicals and this place is by far the worst experience I've had. Kept me waiting for a long period even though I arrived early fro my appointment and then the person who took my urine sample deemed it too dilute and disposed of it without getting a second opinion. I had only drank one cup of tea and one glass of water in the hours leading up to the medical so I know that it wasn't dilute but the lady was having none of it.

Waiting times are ridiculous. And to have as many patients as they do and have only one doctor working.really? If your coming here dont plan on doing anything else with your day.
Sonic are so occupied getting your medical cash they have forgotten about customer care. Be wise do not pay for any services until after you receive them and are happy with them.
Staff are friendly enough but never on time, I have been here several times now and every time at least 45 minutes wait. Do yourself a favour book in somewhere else.
