We also purchased our wedding bands from solid gold and again another great experience from start to finish. Especially happy with level of service and the security. I was picking up on behalf of my partner as the rings were under his name and the security check level they went to made me feel reassured in knowing they took the process seriously. Bad experience. I wanted a hexagonal cut diamond rhay would be the stone for a custom made diamond ring. Which I realise is very difficult to source a good one. When I told the rep what I wanted she said I would never find one in Australia because solid gold used to be the only distributors but stopped. She didn't even try to help me. I didnt waste anymore time because I had already been told my dream could happen by Stelios Jewellers.

I may not have been worth their time. But in the end I got what I wanted for a reasonable price as well. Got to Stelios for the best custom made jewllery for good pricing.

Stunning piece.beautifully designed and crafted. If you are looking for a timeless piece to mark an occasion that is forever.then I could not recommend Solid Gold any higher.

They are friendly to you if you buy somethings from them, but they don’t want to know you if you sell back to them. Low class customers service and have millions excuse.

I already had my stunning engagement ring designed at Solid Gold back in 2021, but come wedding time, finding the right band for my ring and personality was proving difficult for me. The amount of time and effort both of these women put into making sure I was 100% happy with my ring was incredible. I never once felt rushed, my concerns were heard and I was always given multiple solutions to view. I got the feeling that they were just as invested in finding the perfect solution as I was. It was so comforting.
We ended up producing the second design and I am completely in love with it. I cannot wait to put it on my finger and get to enjoy it every day.

After loosing the solitaire diamond from my engagement ring we returned to Solid Gold, where we originally purchased the ring many years ago, to have the diamond replaced.
