Fantastic service from Solargain, The installers turn up on time and explaned everything that was going to happen with the install, They were very helpful and quickly replace my old solar hot water system and replace it with the new one, 10 out of 10 I would highly recommend Solargain

Extremely quality and recommended, 2 Guys done the very well job @ my house Kenwick road Kenwick, They changed old to Brand New under 5 years warranty.

Solargain replaced our HWS at short notice, communicating after hours to sort things out. They provided a temporary HWS until a new one was installed which was very much appreciated.

Thank you James De Santos in sales. He was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about the products and the company. He has helped us through the process with care and consideration. I had a lot of questions even after our meeting, he responded very quickly either by phone, email or text.
We are waiting for installation of our Solar now, which is only a couple of weeks wait from signed up to installation date.

We recently had 30 solar panels installed by Solargain on our Malaga business premises and wanted to share my experience.
I am thoroughly impressed with the functionality of the Fronius app. It provides us with a clear view of our energy generation and consumption from the grid. It's truly fantastic!

The trades people involved were incredibly courteous and friendly throughout. They maintained a clean and safe work area and demonstrated utmost respect towards both the staff and customers as they conducted their work in the showroom and carpark.

Had our solar panels installed yesterday and very happy with the end product/result. James de Santos was great to deal with, keeping us informed throughout the process and sign up. We had recently had a bad experience with another company so were relieved when we weren't faced with a typical pushy salesperson. Installers were professional and did an excellent job.

I did my usual 3 quote method and solar gain came out on tops for professionalism, quality, price and speed of installation. Unfortunately a terrible post-installation experience. The sales team and lead up experience was excellent. The installation went well, in so far as the system worked. The installers caused damage to our roof that became evident when it rained - we had water enter the roof and cause water damage on our verandah. Solargain sent a repairer to assess the damage and fix the roof, and advised that if it determined that its installers had not caused the damage, we would be charged. We were not charged. Having fixed the roof to ensure no more water can get in, I am still chasing Solargain to finish the repairs and simply replace a couple panels of ceiling that were water damaged. Having been told they were onto it, I am now advised that I need to make a claim with my insurers. Bunch of crooks, particularly that they already accepted responsibility for the damage. Wouldn't recommend them, and in Perth, you've got heaps of other options to go with.

My experience with Solargain has been absolutely great. I really appreciated the time that Ricardo took to talk me through the process and answer all my questions. We settled on micro inverters for our system and no other supplier even mentioned them. It would have been a a disaster not to use them because of shade issues. We also had some complications with the location of the Enphase panel. Once again we got sound advice to suit our particular needs. The installation crew were super efficient and completed the work quickly and with little disruption. And they were really nice blokes:). The system has been performing better than anticipated. So.in summary I have no hesitation recommending Solargain.

Can not get a response from anyone. Have called and also submitted an online query and have only had one response asking for some more details. I replied straight away with what they requested and have heard nothing back. We have a 100kw system at our business that has been down for over 2 months. I can't see how it can be so difficult to have someone respond.

Very happy with Solargain's service. Unlike some of the other quotes we got, Solargain's salesperson came to our home and spent some time with us discussing the best options for us and to confirm best location for the panels. He returned later to discuss the quote and make sure we were happy with it. The installation crew were on time as promised, were pleasant to deal with, and left everything neat and tidy.

The sales experience has been a breeze. James has been great to deal with. After already organising solar at my sister and my Parents house prior, we had no problems signing up, knowing the job Solargain had done at those two premis'.

Lloyd from Solargain was super helpful in arranging a new iStore to be installed ASAP at our place as our old solar HWS had stopped working. Didn't catch the names of the installers but the plumbers and electricians did a great job.
