This is the second house we have had Solar Naturally come an install there system on our newly built homes.
Their team’s professionalism, expertise and commitment to customer satisfaction made me feel great about choosing them. Stoked with the work they completed and grateful for the exceptional service throughout the entire process. The team leader was amazing and took the time before leaving to make sure our Apps were set up a working before leaving our property.
Would use them again if we ever moved.

The technicians that installed the panels and meter box were very professional and very informative. One of the technicians said couldn’t put panels on the side of the roof with the solar hart as there was insufficient room for panels, and discussed best option because of this, very much appreciated this.

And they also showed what was happening in the app with usage of the panels

From the moment Francesca knocked on our door to Dan coming and telling us all about Solar Naturally to Tim and Kieren coming to install our panels the friendliness and professionalism from this company has been amazing!

Boys arrived on time and were very good explaining what they were about to do and then keeping us informed what was needed to be done and would itr be vok to do it a certain way. Poor customer service. You will be forgotten after singing the contact. No updates. I send them email asked about the government rebates but no reply. The instalment day has been changed.however, we been ensured that would not be any delay. Solar naturally is not the best solution. I will post other feedback after installation.

Just had a system installed on a new house for the second time by solar naturally. Highly recommend. Quick and easy and nothing to pay for the first 3 months! Special thanks to the two guys who installed the system, it was a very hot day but they powered through efficient and professional as always.

I recently had panels installed at my property after receiving information on the product from Francesca, who is brilliant at her job. She answered all of my questions upfront and was able to make me feel at ease after raising a few concerns I had. I had a few issues with the accounts team (taking payment without prior warning, asking me to pay my invoice after I had paid it in full the day before and not providing me with a receipt of payment as promised) but I was able to give feedback which was very well received by Rob, who sorted everything out quickly and efficiently. The install was fast and efficient, this company employs their own tradies who take a lot of pride in their work and take a lot of care. I haven't received my first bill yet, but was set up with an app which monitors my system and already tells me I have saved money! I would recommend Solar Naturally to anyone looking into solar panels, government grants and approvals from Western Power were sorted out for me, I didn't have to lift a finger. They also offer weekend installs which was very convenient. Thank you very much.

We were impressed by the professionalism, knowledge and friendliness of the staff. The sales person was knowledgeable and friendly. The guys who installed the panels were friendly and discussed with us the best arrangement for our house to maximise our return. They also identified an existing electrical issue and remedied this free of charge. The whole process was smooth and easy, with everything explained to us and all our queries answered straight away so we were sure we were making the right decision for us.

We had solar panels installed recently and Shannon and his team did a great job. Very professional and took extra care with our pets and helped out even when our dog found her way out the gate. Explained matters clearly too. Thank you.
