We had an excellent experience with Patrick from Solar Imperium. He was very knowledgeable, and very honest with us. There was no attempt to upsell us on the system and he was very good at working within our budget. Our install was delayed more than once due to delays with our build, and Patrick was happy to reschedule for us. All in all Solar Imperium were very pleasant and professional to deal with. The system is now installed and up and running perfectly and performing as we'd hoped.

As with our first install, Solar Imperium were very professional from start to finish with the installation of our second system.
Patrick was knowledgeable and did not try to "sell" anything to us, instead he offered advice and tailored a system to suit our needs.
The installation was done well and the installers were neat and tidy.
The system generates more power than we were promised.

Patrick and the team were great. Patrick was very knowledgeable and didn’t try to “upsell” but suggested the right system for my very small roof. He was also very conscious of the aesthetics as it is a very old home with good street appeal, so has placed the panels so they are hidden from the street. They communicated thoroughly, and were very responsive. The install team were neat and efficient, and competent. Thank you I would recommend Patrick.

Had my system put in by the Solar Imperium team a few weeks ago and excellent job from Quote to installation, Patrick was the only person who offered to come and do a home visit to discuss the proposal.
System has been generating an average of 32-35 kWh a day with the highest being 39 so all in all a very happy customer.
Would not hesitate in recommending Patrick and the team to family & friends who are considering purchasing Solar.

We recently had Patrick and his crew install a 6.6Kw PV system to our property in the Swan Valley. I must say, right from the initial quote appointment where my wife and I sat down with Patrick and discussed our needs, I got the clear impression Solar Imperium were a highly organised operation, and were on top of their game. Customer service was clearly a priority for this business.

During this meeting, my questions regarding solar technology were answered clearly and precisely by Patrick, and he explained exactly how the generation process worked, including invaluable tips on ways to save energy around the home and make best use of our investment. He provided us with a written quote which also detailed component warranty information, and Patrick was able to commit to a guaranteed install date should his proposal of costs be favourable to us. The day of installation went very smoothly, with the install team showing up earlier than expected. They were very friendly, highly professional, and I appreciated how precise their workmanship was, and upon completion, they made 100% sure they left zero mess or debris in their wake.

Personally met with the owner and apart from failing to give up any Irish jokes he was an absolute gentleman to deal with.
The installers were extremely friendly and efficient but one of them was a terrible singer but we were about to drown him out with our radio.

Normally I give at the most a 4 star rating as there is normally room for improvement. Bu not in this case. From the moment of contact for obtaining the solar system to finalising the installation it has been a joy. Patrick came out and ensured all was understood and that placement would be put how best suited for our roof direction of best efficiency. The day that Patrick committed to the installation and time was spot on. The installers were great ensuring placement was best suited, full site clean-up and went through the app ensuring it was all working before leaving. Nothing was left from their communicating with me and their installation. Others can take a leaf out of the team's operations for this. Fully recommend Patrick and his team from Solar Imperium. The system itself has also shown how efficient it is operation already which is a real joy.
